Plus, I need to get you caught up on the Stampin’ Up! happenings for April, including the earning period for my upcoming Lovely Blossoms Class.

I’m Still Here, I Promise!—Well, I was hoping that things would settle down a bit on the home-front, but that is not yet the case. It took me nearly 3 weeks to fully recover from my latest illness. Then we had a close family member in the hospital and in need of extra care. I feel like I’m just a running list of excuses, but it’s just where we are at the moment. Mostly, I feel blessed to have a business that is flexible that I can step back and take care of myself and my family when necessary. Thank you for your continued patience.

I’ve had several people inquire about things I typically offer during the release of a new catalog, including a Paper Share and an In Color Club. I have every intention of doing these again this year. It may be a little delayed, depending on how quickly I can get back to my routine. I will do my best to keep you updated.

Here’s a Summary of All The April Happenings!—Here are quick links for the promotions; find more details throughout the blog. Subscribe to my Too Cool Stamping Email Newsletter now, so you don’t miss a thing!

I began by adhering 3 pieces of Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper to a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock: 1″ x 5-1/4″; 3/4″ x 5-1/4″; and 2″ x 5-1/4″. I then mounted the background onto a Petal Pink card base.

I created a subtle focal point foundation by die-cutting a Lovely Arrangements circles element in Vellum, attaching it with SEAL Adhesive.

Next I stamped the Lovely Arrangements flowers in Secret Sea ink onto Basic White cardstock; two large and one small. I also stamped the leaf trio image in Secret Sea onto Cloud Cover cardstock. I die-cut those elements with the coordinating Lovely Arrangements Dies. I also die-cut the two leaf die-cuts in Secret Sea cardstock.

I adhered the smaller flower and leaves onto the vellum foundation with SEAL Adhesive or Liquid Glue. I popped up the larger two flowers with Dimensionals.

I stamped the Lovely Arrangements sentiment in Secret Sea ink onto a Lovely Arrangements Cloud Cover label die-cut and attached it with SEAL and a thin strip of Dimensional edging.

I finished by adding a few Secret Sea Moody Palette Glossing Dots. Oooh, I just love those dots!
