Hi Stamping Friends!
My "Last Thursdays" Monthly Card Class is TOMORROW, rescheduled to Wednesday, November 30th, due to the Thanksgiving holiday! Today, I'm sharing another one of the four Christmas cards we'll be creating at the class!

November's "Last Thursdays" Card Class
Wednesday, November 30, 2016, 6:30pm. RSVP by Wednesday, at 8am.
Create 4 Christmas cards using Too Cool techniques, plus envelopes. This class is perfect for any level stamper, but it's designed for new stampers to get a feel for the basics!
November's "Last Thursdays" Projects
- Merriest Wishes Moose Card—Try out the cute Jolly Hat Punch!
- Dazzling Silhouette Reindeer Card—Elegant & whimsical use of die-cuts!
- Merry Christmas Wreath Card—Heat embossing using either Red Glitter or Copper!
- Joyful Pine Card—Another fun use of die-cuts, with coordinating inside sentiment!
Class Fee—$15 OR it's FREE with a minimum order placed at the event!

Jolly Friends Merriest Moose Cards
That Moose! He's so ding-dang cute with his winter cap! Today's card is one that I'm featuring at my "Last Thursdays" card class tomorrow…Wednesday! Not only will participants be able to dress up their moose, but they can also try out the brand new Stitched Shapes Framelits!
Background Basics—Emboss a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock with the Sparkle Texture Impressions Folder, then mount on a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Pool Party card base folded to 4-1/4" x 5-1/2". I decorated the background with two strips of patterned paper from the Designer Series Paper Stacks: 1" x 5" Emerald Envy dots from the 2016-2018 In Color Stack, and 3/4" x 4" Bermuda Bay stripes from the Brights Stack.
►►NEW Stitched Circle—I tried out the brand-new Stitched Shapes Framelits to create the Real Red circle foundation for the moose! That faux stitching around the edge is a subtle detail, but really adds something to the overall feel of the card!
Merry Moose—Stamp the Jolly Friends moose image in Memento Black ink onto Crumb Cake card stock, then hand-cut with super-sharp Paper Snips. Pop him up with with Dimensionals.
Jolly Hat—Stamp the Jolly Friends hat in Bermuda Bay and punch with Jolly Hat Builder Punch. Pop that up with Dimensionals. Punch out the hat trim and hat ball from Dazzling Diamonds paper with the Jolly Hat Punch, then adhere to the hat with Glue Dots.
Bundle It and SAVE—Purchase the Jolly Friends stamp set and Jolly Hat Builder Punch together as a Bundle to save 10% off the cost of purchasing them separately!
Scarf—Stamp the Jolly Friends scarf in Emerald Envy, then hand-cut and adhere to underneath the moose with SNAIL and a partial Dimensional under the scarf tip.
Sweet Sentiment—Stamp the Merriest Wishes sentiment in Emerald Envy ink onto a 3/4" wide strip of Whisper White. Trim down and tuck under the moose, adhering with Glue Dots. Adorn with a Rhinestone Jewel above the letter "i."
Two Cool—I created an alternate version with a little different color combo. The card base is Whisper White and the background is embossed with the Cable Knit Dynamic Embossing Folder. Instead of the striped DSP on the background, I added a strip of the Real Red 3/4" Stitched Edge Ribbon with a little Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Moose Changes—This time I created a Pool Party stitched circle foundation for my moose. His hat and scarf are both stamped in Real Red.
