Here's a super cute little treat holder that I created for Easter, but had forgot to post. Still makes a great Spring project and it's created with two items from the Mini Catalog: Milk Carton Die and Extra-Large Bird Punch.
Not much to this project…the Milk Carton Die cuts out your entire milk carton, including score lines—just fold and adhere the sides with Sticky Strip. Before putting it together, I punched a window with the 1-1/4" Circle Punch, then added a small piece of Window Sheet to cover the hole.
I didn't adhere the top of the carton, but instead created a little removable roof in Soft Suede card stock complete with distressed shingles made from the Scallop Edge Border Punch. The Mini Library Clip holds the whole thing together and allows the recipient to access the treats inside (in this case, I had Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs—yummy!).
I punched out the bird in Whisper White, then sponged on some color to make him into a pretty blue bird! The branch is from the same punch used with Always Artichoke card stock.
Just got home from my Stamp Club event—we had an awesome time making the Flip Album! I'll be sure to post some pictures of the fun, as well as some cool cards that a few members shared with us!
