Zoo Crew Fox On A Motorbike Birthday Card

The Zany Zoo stamp set has a few cute creatures, but if you really want to maximize your variety of adorable characters, you'll want to get a pack of the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper! A handful of those pre-printed animals can be cut with the Zany Zoo Dies, but get out your Paper Snips and do some quick fussy cutting and you'll have dozens of delightful animals in action! I'm especially fond of this fox on a motorbike and I love how Karen Titus featured it on this card that she created for our swap!

Background Basics—This card begins with a 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" Pumpkin Pie card base. Karen cut a 9" x 3-1/4" piece of Basic White for the card, scoring it at the 4-1/2" mark. She adhered a 4" x 1/2" strip of black patterned Zoo Crew DSP to a 4" x 2-3/4" piece of Pumpkin Pie patterned paper from the Brights Color Collection DSP pack. That is layered onto a 4-1/4" x 3" piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock, then mounted onto the small white card front.

Fast Fox—Karen hand-cut the pre-printed fox from the Zoo Crew DSP and popped it up with Dimensionals. That's it! So quick and cute!

Sweet Sentiment—Karen finished by stamping a Zany Zoo sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black in onto Basic White cardstock, then punching it out with the Double Oval Punch. She punched the Basic Black scalloped oval with the same punch, layered them and adhered it to the front with SEAL Adhesive. She finished with a couple of Iridescent Rhinestones Gems.

Zoo Crew Quick Happy Birthday Card

Kelly Acheson created this birthday card that also featured the Zoo Crew DSP!

Background Basics—She started with a traditional card base in Basic White Thick cardstock. She adhered a 3-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Zoo Crew DSP to the right side. Then, she added a 1/2" x 5-1/2" strip of Parakeet Party cardstock to the left and finished with a 1" x 5-1/2" piece of black patterned paper from the Zoo Crew DSP pack, flush left.

Sweet Sentiment—Kelly die-cut a Basic Black banner with the Zany Zoo Dies, then embossed a greeting on top. She stamped the Zany Zoo sentiment in VersaMark ink, then sprinkled on White Embossing Powder and set it with a Heat Tool until glossy and smooth. It's popped up with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—Kelly die-cut a Parakeet Party balloon with the Zany Zoo Dies and attached that to the banner. She finished with a few Basic Rhinestone Jewels sprinkled around the card front. So sweet!
