Hi Stamping Friends!
The Nature's Poem Designer Series Papers has some gorgeous patterns filled with leaves and foliage, but it's still versatile enough to use during any season for multiple occasions. I'm stocking up during this month's Buy 3, Get 1 FREE DSP special, so I'll have plenty for creating thinking of you, thank you, sympathy and masculine cards.
Today, I'm sharing a couple of swap cards I received last week featuring my favorite pattern from Nature's Poem DSP. Which pattern do you like best?

Nature's Poem Layering Leaves Cards
Blackberry Bliss and Petal Pink is such a pretty color combo! I love how they look fantastic on these two swap cards I received featuring Nature's Poem DSP.
Created by Lynn Feldkamp.
Background Basics—Lynn Feldkamp designed this pretty thank you card with an elegant embossed background. She embossed a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Whisper White cardstock with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Texture Impressions Folder first. Then she layered a 4" x 3" piece of Nature's Poem DSP onto a 4-1/8" x 3-1/8" Blackberry Bliss mat. She added a second 4-3/8" x 3-3/8" Petal Pink layer, then adhered it to the textured background with SNAIL.
Before adhering all the layers to the Whisper White card base, Lynn wrapped some Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon across the layers and secured the ends on the back with Tear & Tape Adhesive. I recommend adhering the whole textured layer with Tear & Tape to keep it in place.
Sweet Sentiment—Lynn stamped the sentiment from Friendly Expressions in Blackberry Bliss ink onto a 2-3/4" diameter Whisper White Stitched Shapes oval die-cut. It's layered onto a Blackberry Bliss Layering Ovals Framelits scallop oval die-cut, then popped up with Dimensionals over the front.
I love that this card is so quick and easy to assemble, but looks so clean and elegant! Just my style!
Background Basics—Tamra Davis used similar supplies for her swap card, with more of an off-set layered design. She started by adding a 1-1/2" x 4" strip of Nature's Poem paper to a Blackberry Bliss card base. Then, she added a 3-1/2" x 3-5/8" piece of Petal Pink cardstock that was also embossed with the Layered Leaves folder.
Like Lynn's card, she included the leaf pattern from Nature's Poem as the backdrop to the sentiment. Her 3" x 3" DSP is mounted onto a 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Blackberry Bliss and adhered to the card front with SNAIL.
Sweet Sentiment—Tamra stamped the Rooted in Nature greeting in Blackberry Bliss onto a 4" x 1-1/4" strip of Whisper White, banner-cut the end and attached it flush to the right edge of the card front with Dimensionals. She finished by adding a single Rhinestone Jewel in the corner. Lovely!
