Hi Stamping Friends!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a fun & relaxing holiday if you're from here in the United States. I'm so sad to see the winding down of the summer. Is it me or does it seem like we didn't really get a summer because of all of the weirdness? Regardless…we are coming into one of my favorite times of year…fall and holiday crafting! Last week, I featured the In The Pines bundle for my LIVE class and also introduced it as part of my first Countdown To Christmas card class. I can already tell by the response that you're loving this awesome bundle and are ready for the holiday crafting to start, too! Woohoo!
Today, I'm sharing two of the cards you'll be able to create with the 5-Card LIVE Class Kit. These are the two card designs that are not available in the 12-Card Countdown To Christmas class. There are just two days to earn the 5-Card LIVE Class Kit, so place your order today! Details for both classes are linked below.

In The Pines With Winter Snow Texture Card
Wintery white with sparkly blue! I love the color combination on this pretty In The Pines card. I also love that it's really a super-simple card to create, so it's perfect for duplicating for a stack of Christmas cards!
Background Basics—I started by embossing a 5" x 3-3/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock with the lovely snowflakes from theWinter Snow Embossing Folder. I layered it onto a 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" piece of Balmy Blue. Then, I tied some Snowflake Splendor Ribbon around the layers. With it's wintery iridescent shimmer, this ribbon is perfect for snow-themed cards. I finished by mounting the layers onto a Thick Whisper White card base.
Pretty Pines—I die-cut two pretty pines with the Pine Woods Dies from the In The Pines Bundle; the larger pine in Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper and the thin pine in Pool Party cardstock. I adhered the trees with small dabs of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. You'll have to hold it down for 30 seconds or so to make sure the glue is secure, since it is layered over the ribbon.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the In The Pines greeting in Misty Moonlight ink onto a Stitched Shapes oval die-cut in Whisper White. It's popped up with Dimensionals. I finished by adding one Blue Adhesive-Backed Gem as a pretty coordinating accent.
In The Pines With Evergreen Forest Texture Card
I'm so in love with the new Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing Folder! I shared a horizontal card using this folder last week that you can see here, but it's fantastic for vertical cards, too!
Background Basics—I started by embossing a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Just Jade cardstock with the Evergreen Forest Folder and adhering it to a Just Jade card base. I also added a 4" x 3/8" strip of 'Tis The Season Designer Series Paper along the bottom to give it a pop of red.
Pretty Pines—I stamped the multiple pines image from the In The Pines stamp set with Shaded Spruce ink that was stamped off onto a 4" x 2-1/4" piece of Whisper White. The image was stamped two times on the upper part of the piece, leaving plenty of room for a sentiment. I added a Shaded Spruce Pine Woods die-cut with Multipurpose Liquid Glue over the stamped images.
Finishing Touches—I added a Real Red In The Pines sentiment at the bottom of the layer before mounting it onto the card front. I finished by placing two Red Rhinestones next to the die-cut and in line with the sentiment.
