Painted Autumn Mini Pizza Box Note Cards Set

I can't get enough of that Mini Pizza Box! We created this adorable "thank you" note cards set at Ronda Wade's Creative Convention. This project has a simple, easily duplicatable design that features the pretty fall patterns of the Painted Harvest Designer Series Paper.

Pizza Box Décor—I started with a 3" x 12" strip of the pretty pumpkin pattern from the Painted Autumn DSP. (That means you can decorate 4 boxes from one sheet of DSP!) It's wrapped around the Mini Pizza Box, adhering the end with Fast Fuse to create a removable belly band. Scoring isn't necessary. Simply wrap the paper tightly around the box and secure the one end to the DSP.

Pizza Box Accents—I tied some Jute Twine around the box. I love that natural fiber texture as a "fall" element. I finished by stamping the Painted Harvest sentiment in Early Espresso onto Very Vanilla card stock and punching out with the 2" Circle Punch and popped it up with Dimensionals over the twine. One Rhinestone Jewel gives it a little sparkle.

Note Card Basics—The Painted Autumn DSP is so pretty that you don't need a lot of decoration on the note cards to make them cute! I added a 2-3/4" square of DSP to the 3×3" folded Very Vanilla cards. The Jute Twine is a little thick for these mini cards, so I used only one strand of Jute. If you untwist the Jute, it allows you to pull apart the three smaller strands from which it's made. The thinner strands are the perfect thickness to give the cards that natural fiber accent without overpowering the look. I added the same sentiments on these cards as I featured on the box top.

Oval Sentiments—I stamped a different sentiment from Painted Harvest for these cards. The labels are die-cut with Layering Ovals Framelits and popped up with Dimensionals.
