Hi Stamping Friends!

I had the opportunity to spend my birthday weekend getting creative at Ronda Wade's Creative Convention—so much fun!

Several of my Too Cool team members joined me and it was great to be able to stamp and hang out with them! I came home Sunday feeling creatively inspired and motivated! Painted Harvest Acorn Collage Cards

You've likely seen many lovely sunflower cards created with the beautiful Painted Harvest stamp set, but don't overlook the other amazing accent stamps in this set! The little two-step stamped acorns are easy to overlook, but they add just the right details to autumn projects! I've paired them with the leaves for a pretty little accent on these cards from my October Stamp-of-the-Month class kit!

Background Basics—The Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper has delightful fall patterns that coordinate beautifully with the Painted Harvest stamp set! I added a 5-1/4" x 2-1/2" leaf pattern on the top of this Garden Green card base, then added a 5-1/4" x 1-1/2" strip of the Early Espresso chevron pattern at the bottom. I added a 5-1/4" x 1/2" strip of Lemon Lime Twist card stock over the seam.

Sweet Sentiment—I stamped a Painted Harvest sentiment in Early Espresso ink onto Very Vanilla card stock, then die-cut it with the largest Stitched Shapes Framelits circle. It's layered onto a Copper Foil scallop circle die-cut with the Layering Circles Framelits and popped up with Dimensionals.

Fall Foliage—I stamped the Painted Harvest solid leaf image in Lemon Lime Twist ink onto Very Vanilla card stock twice, then stamped over the top with the detailed leaf stamp in Garden Green ink. They were punched out with the coordinating Leaf Punch and attached to the circle with Glue Dots. I also stamped a leaf from Copper Foil for a little shine!

Acorn Accents—I stamped the Painted Harvest acorn image in Soft Suede onto Very Vanilla and stamped an acorn cap in Early Espresso on the top. It's hand-cut and popped up with Mini Dimensionals. I finished the look with a Very Vanilla Baker's Twine bow, attached with a Glue Dot.
