CASEd from the 2016 Occasions Catalog.
Party Wishes With It's My Party Suite Goodies
It's time to see another fun card from our upcoming 20-Card Catalog & Sale-a-Bration Kickoff Party! We'll be creating this quick & fun card that celebrates the It's My Party suite of catalog products! I CASEd the card featured on page 5 of the Occasions Catalog and it is so easy and festive! Let's take a closer look at all of the new Occasions products on this card!
Background Basics—There are no card stock layers on this one, just a plain Whisper White card base with a collage of fun accents & embellishments! It's starts with a little 1/2" x 5-1/2" sliver of paper from the It's My Party 12×12" Designer Series Paper Stack.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Party Wishes birthday greeting with Archival Black ink directly on the card front. I love this black ink…it's true black, and gives a crisp, clean image every time!
Party Accents—I decorated around the greeting, first adding two styles of the coordinating It's My Party Washi Tape, then tying a bow from the new Mint Macaron twine from the Baker's Twine Combo Pack, attached it with a Glue Dot. After the balloon elements were included, I finished off the card with three It's My Party Enamel Dots.
Mini Balloons—My favorite part of this card is the trio of mini Mint Macaron balloons created with the Party Wishes balloon image and punched with the Party Punch Pack. The Punch Pack also has mini punches that punch the cupcake and candles from the Party Wishes set, too.
I popped up the balloons with Dimensionals over the Party Wishes strings images, stamped in Crushed Curry.
A stamp set, Designer Series Paper, Washi Tape, Enamel Dots, Twine and punches—everything in the It's My Party suite coordinates fabulously for easy project designing!
Two Cool—This card design also works great in the horizontal direction! I can't wait for my local stampers to try this one at the Kickoff Party!
