Bloom Where You're Hanging Planter Cards
One of my favorite parts of the Plentiful Plants Bundle is the cute little plant hanger die-cut! I created these center-flap card to really spotlight its awesomeness!
Background Basics—This fun-fold card base has two parts: a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Evening Evergreen for the foundation, then a 2-3/4" x 11" piece of Evening Evergreen, scored at the 5-1/2" mark, for the center card opening. I adhered two 3/4" x 5-1/4" pieces of Bloom Where You're Planted Designer Series Paper along the sides of the foundation before mounting the center card with SEAL Adhesive.
I decorated the front panel with a 2-1/2" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White that's been texture embossed with the Macramé Embossing Folder. That texture goes perfectly with the "macramé" looking plant hanger.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped a Plentiful Plants greeting in in Evening Evergreen ink onto a 3" x 5/8" strip of Mint Macaron cardstock, fishtail cut the ends and popped it up with Dimensionals. I adorned it with a couple of Champagne Rhinestones.
Pretty Plant—I stamped Plentiful Plants pot in Cinnamon Cider, along with the large leaves image in Just Jade and Garden Green. All were die-cut with the Perfect Plants Dies. I also die-cut the Gray Granite plant hanger with the same dies. I looped some gray baker's twine, from the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, through the hanger's hole and secured the ends behind the textured layer. Then, I assembled the pot and leaves inside the planter and adhered them to the card front with SEAL Adhesive. Oh, how I love this look!
Center Flap Inside—I decorated the inside 2-1/2" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White with a Plentiful Plants pot in Cinnamon Cider and leaves in Just Jade. The sentiment is stamped in Evening Evergreen.
Two Cool—My second version is very similar to the first, I just wanted to share a different configuration of plants for more inspiration. The card base is Just Jade this time and I stamped a different sentiment from the Plentiful Plants set.
Pretty Plant—This time, I stamped a different pot in Cinnamon Cider then stamped the large leaves in Garden Green and the hanging leaves in Soft Succulent. I also added a Garden Green plant die-cut, too. There are SO MANY possibilities to arrange the plants in the pot! Be sure to watch the video for some tips on changing up the plant hanger, too!
