Swap Card created by Amy Storrie from Stamp With Joy.
Gather Together Wishing You Well Card
I'm loving the refreshing autumn color combination featured in the Come To Gather suite in the Holiday Catalog! It pairs traditional fall colors like Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz and Merry Merlot with trendy Mint Macaron and Pretty Peacock hues. In fact, I'm feeling like the rich, jewel-tone Pretty Peacock will be my go-to color for fall!
I received a couple of lovely autumn cards in this fun, new fall palette. This swap card was created by Amy Storrie and I adore it!
Background Basics—Amy's card begins with a 2" x 4" piece of Early Espresso cardstock that's texture embossed with the new Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder. It's adhered on the left side of the Pretty Peacock card base. Next, she adhered a 4" x 1-1/2" piece of the gingham pattern from the Come To Gather Designer Series Paper near the top left of the card front. She mounted another 4" x 1-1/2" pattern along the bottom right.
Pumpkin Focal Point—Amy stamped the Gather Together pumpkin images in Early Espresso ink onto Whisper White, then colored them with the Pretty Peacock, Mint Macaron and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Markers. To cut them out, she used the Gathered Leaves dies. The focal point foundation is a Whisper White Stitched Shapes die-cut, stamped in Crumb Cake ink with the splatter image from Gather Together. She popped the pumpkins up on the oval and popped the oval up on the card front with Dimensional foam dots.
Sweet Sentiment—Amy stamped the Gather Together greeting in Early Espresso onto a 2-3/4" x 5/8" strip of Mint Macaron, fishtail cut the end and tucked it under the pumpkins.
Bundle It & SAVE—Purchase the Gather Together stamp set and the Gather Leaves dies together in a bundle to save 10%!
Finishing Touches—Amy die-cut some pretty leaf shapes with the Gather Leaves dies. Check out the cool vein texture that is left on the die-cuts! They are also tucked under the oval and attached with Glue Dots. Finally, she tied a knot into the Come To Gather 5/8" Crumb Cake Satin-Edge ribbon and attached it with a Glue Dot. Wow! Check out those pretty textures!

Gather Together Season of Thanks Card
I also received this lovely swap card featuring another Pretty Peacock autumn card! She combined the Gather Together stamp set with the cool Ornate Frames from the Monster Bash Halloween suite. Seriously…you'll want to purchase those dies right away because they go with everything!
Background Basics—Karen started by adhering a 5" x 2" piece of Come To Gather DSP onto a 5" x 3-3/4" piece of Whisper White. It's mounted onto a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Pretty Peacock card stock. She wrapped some Braided Linen trim around the layers and tied them in to a double-knot before mounting them onto a Crumb Cake card base.
Sweet Sentiment—Next, Karen stamped the Gather Together sentiment in Early Espresso onto Whisper White cardstock. She used the Ornate Frames dies to cut out the pretty decorative label shape. It's layered onto an intricately-cut Pretty Peacock frame, then popped up with Dimensionals. She finished it with a gold Designer Element. Love it!
