Prized Peony Sorry For Your Loss Cards
I love the look of elegant cards and these Prized Peony cards do not disappoint!  The gorgeous images and the pretty Basic Gray and Petal Pink color combination are so lovely!  Best of all, the elements all come together quickly!

Prized Peony So Sorry For Your Loss - gray

Background Basics—I adhered one of the pretty patterns from the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper, measuring 4" x 2-1/2", to a Basic Gray card base.

Perfect Peony—I stamped the large Prized Peony image in Basic Gray onto a Whisper White Stitched So Sweetly scallop rectangle die-cut, then layered it onto a 3-1/8" x 4-1/4" piece of Petal Pink.

Prized Peony So Sorry For Your Loss - gray 2

Decorative ElementsI wrapped some Petal Pink Striped Organdy Ribbon around the focal point layer, securing the ends on the back. I also adhered a quarter-cut Square Vellum Doily behind the corner before popping it up with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—I stamped the Prized Peony sentiment in Basic Gray ink onto a Whisper White Tasteful Labels banner die-cut and popped that up, too. I finished by adding a few Champagne Rhinestones around the flower.

Prized Peony So Sorry For Your Loss - petal

Two Cool—I designed the second card to be in the opposite color combination, starting with a Petal Pink card base and Petal Pink pattern of DSP.

Prized Peony So Sorry For Your Loss - petal 2

Focal Point—This time, I stamped the flower in Petal Pink and layered it onto a Basic Gray mat. I tied the Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon around the layers.

  1. I watched your video this morning. Your cards are elegant and very pretty.
I am wondering in which stamp set comes the words “sweet friend” that is on a card on page 83 from the 2020-2021 catalog?
