#1 Twinkle Trees Season of Joy Card

Background & Sentiment—Stamp the retiring Twinkle Trees circles & dots randomly in Crumb Cake ink over the 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White layer.  You may want to stamp off once to make it a lighter color.  Stamp the Christmas Pines greeting at the bottom of the card in Early Espresso ink.  Adhere to a Crumb Cake card base.

White Vellum Trees—Stamp the Twinkle Trees image three times with White Craft Ink onto Vellum card stock. TIP: Use the Embossing Buddy before stamping to remove static and finger oils on the Vellum. Sprinkle White Embossing Powder over the ink, then emboss with the Heat Tool until glossy & smooth.  Hand-cut the trees with super-sharp Paper Snips, then adhere to the card front with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.  TIP: Add the glue under the embossed areas so that the adhesive doesn't show through the vellum.

Finishing Touches—Tie the Gold Baker's Twine, currently ON SALE, into a bow and attach with a Glue Dot.  Add Metallic Enamel Shapes to adorn the trees.

Complete Supplies List—"Clear" means a rubber stamp on a clear block. "Photopolymer" is see-thru.

#2 Merriest Wishes Tag Note Card

I just adore the cute tags you can make with the retiring Merry Tags Framelits. I shared a project yesterday with one of the tags, but this one is my favorite.  Best of all, Merry Tags is currently ON SALE with the Year-End Closeouts!

Background Basics—Stamp the snow flurries from the retiring Merriest Wishes stamp set, now ON SALE, in VersaMark at the top of a Whisper White Note Card.  Stamp the image twice, side-by-side.  Apply Gold Embossing Powder to the snow and heat-set with the Heat Tool until glossy and smooth.  Adhere a two strips of Gold Foil, measuring 3/4" x 5" and 1" x 5", to the card front.

Merry Tag & Sentiment—Die-cut three of the Merry Tags, one each from Whisper White, Old Olive and Crumb Cake card stock.  Cut out the trees from the Old Olive, and the deer from Crumb Cake, and adhere them to the White tag with Multipurpose Glue.  Stamp the Merriest Wishes greeting on the tag with Cherry Cobbler ink.  Punch out a 2" circle from the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and adhere to the back of the tag with Multipurpose Glue. Pop up the tag with Dimensionals onto the card front.

Finishing Touches—Attach a Mini Pinecone embellishment to the top of the tag with a Glue Dot.  Tie a piece of Metallic Gold Thread into a bow and attach to the top of the tag with a Glue Dot.

►►SAVE On This Bundle By NOT Bundling—Yes, you read that right!  Usually you can save money when you purchase two coordinating items in a bundle, But the Merriest Wishes stamp set and Merry Tags Framelits are currently ON SALE with a better price, 15% for the stamp set and 50% for the framelits, so it makes sense to purchase them separately right now!

Complete Supplies List—"Clear" means a rubber stamp on a clear block. "Photopolymer" is see-thru.
