#1 Merriest Joy Ornament Card

I love the use of the pretty Merry Tags ornament in place of the "O" on this darling holiday card by Josee Smuck. 

Background & Sentiment—Stamp the dots pattern from the Merriest Wishes stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink onto the top of a piece of 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White. Stamp the sentiment in Basic Black at the bottom right of the same layer. 

Merry Tag & JOY—Die-cut the Pear Pizzazz ornament with the Merry Tags Framelits.  This will be the letter "O" for the word "JOY."  Use it to position the placement of the other letters.  Stamp the "J" and "Y" letters from Letters For You on either side with Sweet Sugarplum ink. 

Finishing Touches—Tie a piece of Metallic Gold Thread to the top of the ornament and carefully slide the Bow Paper Clip Embellishment onto the top of the die-cut.  Add some SNAIL to the back of the ornament and adhere to the background. Wrap the end of the thread around the back of the white layer and adhere with SNAIL, then mount the layer onto a Sweet Sugarplum card base. Tie a piece of the Sweet Sugarplum Glitter Ribbon to the thread and use a Glue Dot to hold it in place.

#2 Joyful Wreath Card

What a pretty "no-stamping" card, shared by Laura Milligan!

Background Basics—Emboss a 4" x 5-1/4" piece Cherry Cobbler card stock with the Softly Falling embossing folder, then adhere to a Cherry Cobbler card base. 

Wreath—Cut a wreath shape from This Christmas Designer Series Paper using the Wonderful Wreath Framelits, then attach to the card front with Dimensionals.  Die-cut pine boughs with the Pretty Pines Thinlits from Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green card stock and attach them with Glue Dots.

Bow & Accents—Unravel Very Vanilla Baker's Twine and add a strand to a couple strands of Linen Thread; tie into a bow.  Tie the Mini Pinecones accent to the bow with more twine, then adhere to the wreath with Glue Dots.  Finally, paint the wreath with Wink of Stella clear to make it shimmer & shine!

Joy Sentiment—Die-cut the word using the Wonderful Wreath Framelits and adhere it to the card front with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
