Party Panda Balloon Card
There's just something extra-cute about a panda holding a sweet balloon! And, those Tutti-Frutti Adhesive-Backed Sequins create fun confetti to make it even more festive.
TIP: To get that crisp black image, make sure that your Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad is inked up well. When I'm tapping the image onto the ink pad, I like to do an extra little twisting & smooshing action to really get great ink coverage. It also helps to stamp on a flat, firm surface like a Piercing Mat for a good transfer.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Adhere 4” x 5-1/4” Petal Passion DSP to Wisper White card base.
- Die-cut scalloped circle from 3-1/2” x 3-1/2” Tempting Turquoise cardstock with Layering Circles Framelits.
- Die-cut circle from 3” x 3” Whisper White cardstock using same dies.
- Stamp Party Panda image onto die-cut with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, allowing balloon to extend beyond the edge. Stamp Birthday Delivery sentiment. Adhere layer to scalloped circle.
- Stamp Party Panda balloon onto Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Cut out and adhere to circle die-cut.
- Use Tear & Tape to adhere 12” of Lemon Lime Twist Finely Woven Ribbon to back of die-cut.
- Adhere die-cut to card front with Dimensionals.
- Add a few Tutti-Frutti Sequins.

Party Panda Birthday Celebration Card
The projects become even more adorable when you have two Party Pandas celebrating together! What fun! Use the Stampin' Blends Markers to add a bit of color. I especially like using the Smoky Slate Blends marker to add some soft shadows underneath to give the pandas a little foundation on which to play.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Adhere 4” x 5-1/4” Daffodil Delight layer to the Basic Black card base.
- Stamp Party Panda images on the bottom of a 3-3/4” x 3-3/4” Whisper White layer.
- Color in the balloon with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.
- Color the party hat with Daffodil Delight Blends light marker, then color the dots with a Berry Burst Stampin’ Write Marker.
- Add some shadows under the pandas with the Smoky Slate Blends light marker.
- Stamp the Party Pandas sentiment in Berry Burst in the top left corner.
- Adhere the stamped layer onto a 3-3/4” x 4” layer of Basic Black.
- Add a strip of Tear & Tape to the top of the back of the black layer, then add Berry Burst Crinkle Ribbon is a pleated fashion to the tape. Repeat on the bottom edge. Adhere entire layer onto the card front with more Tear & Tape.
- Add a few Tutti-Frutti Sequins.
