#1 Dragonfly Dreams Wonderful Friend Card

I love how this card uses a minimal amount of color for maximum impact against the white background! So, so pretty!

Background Basics—Stamp the Timeless Textures splatter image in Elegant Eggplant and Pear Pizzazz inks over the left side of the 5" x 3-3/4" piece of Whisper White card stock to create a foundation for the dragonfly. Adhere to a 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" piece of Elegant Eggplant, then mount on a Whisper White card base.

Dreamy Dragonfly—Stamp the Dragonfly Dreams detailed dragonfly image in VersaMark clear ink onto a scrap of Whisper White card stock. Sprinkle with Clear Embossing Powder and heat set with a Heat Tool. Die cut with the coordinating Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits. Color in the wings with Elegant Eggplant & Pear Pizzazz markers and wipe off the excess ink with a tissue. Pop up onto the card front with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—Stamp the sentiment in Elegant Eggplant ink onto a 3" x 1/2" strip of Whisper White. Fishtail the end and pop up with Dimensionals. Add some Rhinestone Jewels around the splatter background for sparkle! Pretty!

#2 Dragonfly Dreams Make Someone Happy Card

The dragonfly looks amazing stamped on Vellum! It's hard to tell from this photo, but the dragonfly is copper embossed so it is truly stunning in person! Gorgeousness!

Background Accents—Stamp the Dragonfly Dreams sentiment at the bottom of a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock in Old Olive ink. Wrap Copper Metallic Thread around the layer several times and secure the ends with SNAIL. Adhere the layer with SNAIL adhesive onto a Sweet Sugarplum card base. Die cut a circle from the Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper and adhere over the thread with SNAIL.

Dreamy Dragonfly—Stamp the detailed Dragonfly Dreams image onto Vellum card stock with VersaMark ink. Sprinkle with Copper Embossing Powder and heat set with the Heat Tool. Die cut the shape with the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits. Attach with Glue Dots to the DSP circle.
