Peek inside to see Hershey's Kisses!
Here's another cute Peek-A-Boo Treat Bag that I featured in a co-workshop with one of my new downline members, Pam Huskey! Congratulations, Pam, on joining the Too Cool Demo Team! (You know, YOU can join the team for only $99 in June!)
You can find basic details on making this treat bag in this tutorial.
In this version, I used the new Punched Posies Hostess and Itty Bitty Bits sets for the flowers. You know I can't resist a stamp with a coordinating punch! I went a little punch crazy on this project—8 different punches!
- Fancy Flower Punch for the large So Saffron flower.
- 1" Circle Punch for the Soft Suede flower center.
- Scallop Trim Border Punch (available again soon!) for the So Saffron border.
- Itty Bitty Circle Punch for the small Suede flower.
- Itty Bitty Flower Punch for the small Pretty In Pink flower.
- Jewelry Tag Punch for the Tiny Tags "hello" sentiment.
- Corner Rounder Punch for the top corners.
- 1-1/4" Circle Punch for the peek-a-boo window.
Wait! Does the 1/8" Crop-a-Dile hole punch for the Rhinestone Brad and ribbon holes count? If so, make that 9 punches!
I thought it was funny because one of the new stampers at the workshop used the butterfly body image from the Punched Posies set (shown here) and was looking for the punch to cut that out. I broke it to her gently that Stampin' Up! didn't have one for that shape and she'd have to use…<gasp>…her scissors! LOL!
Don't forget to "stamp first, then punch" to get the perfectly centered, die-cut images for your project!
