Dashing Deer with Festive Farmhouse Card

The pretty plaids from the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper look amazing when paired with the filigree pattern on the Dashing Deer image! A festive, country Christmas feel!

Background Basics—I adhered a 4" x 3" piece of Festive Farmhouse DSP to the bottom of a Cherry Cobbler card base. A 4" x 1/2" strip of Silver Foil gives a little shine.

Country Deer—I stamped the Dashing Deer image in Cherry Cobbler onto a 3" x 4" piece of Whisper White, then matted it onto a 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" layer of Cherry Cobbler cardstock. It's popped up with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—The Dashing Deer greeting was stamped in Early Espresso ink onto a 2-1/4" x 5/8" strip of Whisper White, then the ends were fishtail cut. I added a couple of Sparkle Glimmer Paper leaves punched with the Sprig Punch to the back of the sentiment banner with Tear & Tape, then popped the element up with more Dimensionals. So quick, so easy…so cute!

Merry Dashing Deer with Joyous Noel DSP Card

The gorgeous Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper makes any card more festive and elegant! I love how it dresses up this merry little deer card!

Card Base Basics—I mounted a 2" x 5" piece of Joyous Noel DSP to a 2-1/4" x 5-1/4" piece of Copper Foil, then adhered it to a Gray Granite card front.

Dashing Deer—I stamped the tiny Dashing Deer in Gray Granite onto a Whisper White 2-3/8" Stitched Shapes Framelits circle. I added Tear & Tape to the back of the element and looped some Braided Linen Trim around on the sticky part. It's popped up with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Dashing Deer "many merry thanks" image Whisper White cardstock in Gray Granite ink and trimmed out the "merry" with my super-share Paper Snips. It's added to the circle with SNAIL adhesive. Easy & so sweet!
