Wishes & Wonder Deer Card
The Wishes & Wonder Bundle is perfect for collage-style card like this one I received from Laura Milligan! So many layers; so much detail…and so many retiring items on one card! Let's take a closer look…
Background Basics—Laura started by adhering two 5-1/2" x 1" strips of retiring Wonder of The Season Specialty Designer Series Paper along the top and bottom of a Thick Whisper White card base. Next, she embossing a 5-1/2" x 3" piece of Whisper White with the retiring Wrapped In Texture Mini Embossing Folder. She finished the background with a 5-1/2" x 1" strip of a Sahara Sand pattern from retiring Plaid Tidings DSP.
Medallion Accent—Laura die-cut some retiring Brushed Metallic cardstock with the retiring North Pole Wonder Dies and added some Pretty Peacock die-cut sprigs from the same collection. It's topped with a gold cord bow from the retiring Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack.
Finishing Touches—The Wishes & Wonder sentiment is stamped in Pretty Peacock ink onto a 3" x 3/4" piece of Whisper white. Laura finished up the card by stamping the Wishes & Wonder deer in Sahara Sand ink, die-cutting it and popping it up with Dimensionals. It's accented with one retiring Wonderful Gem.

Wishes & Wonder Sleigh Card
I received a second swap card, without a name attached, also featuring the Wishes & Wonder Bundle and a collage-style design. This one also has some elements from the Poinsettia Place suite.
Background Basics—This card begins with a Poinsettia Petals greeting stamped in Crumb Cake onto a 5" x 3-3/4" piece of Whisper White. It's layered onto a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Shaded Spruce and mounted onto a Crumb Cake card base. A 5" x 1" 'retiring Tis The Season DSP strip was layered onto a 5" x 1-1/4" piece of Shaded Spruce and adhered to the bottom of the card.
Focal Point—The cute tag is die-cut from the North Pole Wonder Dies using the retiring Wonder of The Season DSP. It's topped with a retiring Real Red Sheer Ribbon bow. The Wishes & Wonder sleigh image was stamped in Crumb Cake ink onto Crumb Cake cardstock and die-cut. Behind it are two Shaded Spruced stamped Poinsettia Petals leaves, die-cut with the Poinsettia Dies. There is also a Gold Foil sprig die-cut from the same set. The sleigh is decorated on top with two Cherry Cobbler die-cut poinsettia flowers layered and topped with a Gilded Gem. So, so lovely! I wish I knew who created it!
