Rise & Shine Let's Hang Out Cards
I'm loving this super-cute coffee set, and I don't even drink coffee! What a sweet way to let a friend know you'd like to reconnect, or that you are there to support them through a difficult time. I also love that the images coordinate with the Cup of Cheer dies that are carried over from the 2019 Holiday Catalog.
Background Basics—I stamped the "XOXOXO" image randomly over a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of So Saffron cardstock with So Saffron ink. It's mounted onto a So Saffron card base.
I wanted a pop of color for the foundation, so I altered a Gold Metallic Edge Ribbon with a Lovely Lipstick Dark Stampin' Blends Marker and attached it to the card front with SNAIL. I added a Whisper White Stitched Shapes circle over the top.
Cute Cups—I stamped one of the Rise & Shine coffee cup images in Coastal Cabana and one in Granny Apple Green onto Whisper White cardstock, then die-cut them with the Cup of Cheer dies. These stamps are reversible, so you can choose which side you want the handles to go when you place them on the block. I added a flower in Lovely Lipstick on the one, then popped them up with Dimensionals.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Rise & Shine sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 3-1/2" x 5/8" strip of Whisper White, fishtail cut the ends and popped it up, too.
Finishing Touch—I added a Mango Melody jewel from the Holiday Rhinestones for a little sparkle that matched the Metallic Edge Ribbon.

Two Cool—The second card is a similar swap card that I receive from fellow demonstrator Laura Barto.
Background Basics—Laura's card starts with a 5-1/4" x 4" Whipser White layer that's embossed with the Coastal Weave 3D Folder. It's added to a Blackberry Bliss card base. Her coffee cup foundation is a 4" x 3" layer of Blackberry Bliss.
Coffee Cups—Laura's cups are stamped in Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie, with accents in Blackberry Bliss and Pumpkin Pie on the first cup.
Sweet Sentiment—She stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss onto a 3-3/4" x 3/4" piece of Whisper White, banner cut the end and adhered it flush to the left edge of the backdrop.
Finishing Touches—Laura accented her sentiment with a Granny Apple Green Cup of Cheer leaf die-cut and a strip of Braided Burlap tied with some now retired Metallic Baker's Twine. These elements are all added with Glue Dots. So sweet!
