Kelly's Proud of You Royal Peacock Card

Kelly Acheson created this lovely Royal Peacock card featuring layered stamping and several items from the Noble Peacock suite!

Background Basics—Kelly's card begins with a 4" x 5-1/4" layer of Granny Apple Green cardstock texture embossed with the Beads & Baubles embossing folder. It's mounted onto a Blueberry Bushel card base.

Peacock Focal Point—Kelly stamped the large Royal Peacock image in Blueberry Bushel onto Whisper White, then she stamped the feathers accent image over the top in Granny Apple Green. She colored the top of the bird with the Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Markers, adding some subtle shading, as well. She die-cut the peacock with the Detailed Peacock dies and popped it up with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—Kelly stamped the Royal Peacock sentiment in Blueberry Bushel onto a Whisper White Stitched Shapes circle die-cut. It's popped up onto a Blueberry Bushel scalloped circle created with the Layering Circles dies. She accented the greeting with a few Noble Peacock Rhinestones. How darling!

Mary Anne's You Are Incredible Peacock Card

This swap card was created by Mary Anne Grimmer and also features beautiful layered stamping and coloring.

Background Basics—Mary Anne created a pretty background with the Noble Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper. She mounted three 3-3/4" x 1-1/2" piece of DSP onto a 4" x 5-1/4" layer of Old Olive cardstock, then adhered it to a Blueberry Bushel card base.

Peacock Focal Point—Mary Anne stamped the Royal Peacock image in Blueberry Bushel ink onto Whisper White cardstock. Next, she stamped the feathers highlights image in VersaMark ink over the top and embossed those accents with Gold Embossing Powder. Wow! I love the results! I love that she used Light Night of Navy and Pretty Peacock Stampin' Blends Markers to add even more coloring to this beautiful bird! It's cut out using the Detailed Peacock dies and popped up with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—Mary Anne stamped a Royal Peacock greeting in VersaMark ink onto a Blueberry Bushel Layering Circles die-cut, then heat embossed it with Gold Embossing Powder. She finished with a few Noble Peacock Rhinestones. Very nice!.
