The Petal Parade set from Sale-A-Bration is turning out to be one of my favorites! This is another card design that my Sale-A-Bration Kick-Off guests will be making.
I combined the circle-shaped flowers from Petal Parade, along with the mini circle daisy from the Best of Sale-A-Bration set, for a cascade of beautiful blooms.
Cascading Blooms—The larger blossom is stamped in Wisteria Wonder, the medium daisy in Soft Sky, and the smallest daisy in Pear Pizzazz. I stamped them diagonally across a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock, then mounted it on a Wisteria Wonder card base.
Yippee-Skippee Tag—I used the awesome new Scallop Tag Topper Punch to make this tag embellishment with a 2" x 3" piece of Whisper White. I LOVE this punch! It will make a cute scallop top on any length card stock that's 2" wide or less. So quick & easy! Definitely worth the price!
I stamped a sentiment from Yippee-Skippee in Wisteria Wonder, then added a Soft Sky bloom, stamped off once first to make it a subtle image.
A thin 2" x 1/4" strip of Silver Foil makes a nice shiny accent on the bottom.
Background Elements—The tag is popped up over a piece of 4" x 1-1/4" Soft Sky and some Silver Ribbon tied in a double-knot.
Ribbon Accent—I added some Pear Pizzazz Chevron Ribbon through the hole in the top of the tag, fish-tailing the ends. To keep them in place, I poked a Candy Dot Brad Base through both ribbon layers, then added a Rhinestone Jewel to the top.
I liked the design so much that I had trouble coming up with another "two cool" version. The only thing I changed was to move the Soft Sky layer from across the bottom to underneath the tag. It does give a little bit different, less "weighty," look that I like.
This sentiment is also from Yippee-Skippee. That's such a delightful stamp set with fun greetings and fonts—one of my faves!
