It’s Last Chance For These Retiring Items!
The Last Chance Retiring Products are from the Sept-Dec Mini Catalog, as well as a variety of Online Exclusives and previous catalog carryover items. Some items are discounted, too!
Important Last Chance Changes: Stampin’ Up! will be handing retiring products a little differently from now on to streamline the process. Here’s a summary of what you need to know:
- Last Chance Retiring products will be posted every other month, on even months, and will include items from catalogs coming to an end, as well as Online Exclusives and carryover items.
- Last Chance items are While Supplies Last until they sell out; no official ending date.
- There will no longer be a Clearance Rack or Clearance Rack refresh happening. This is it!
- Some items on the list may be discounted.
Shopping Tip: Filter the online list from High to Low price to see bundles, stamps, DSP and embellishment grouped together. Filter from A-Z to see like named items grouped together.
Heart Shaped Sale-a-Bration Sneak Peek Card
Fellow demonstrator Cathy Miller sent this swap card to me and thought it would be a perfect way to give you a little taste of Sale-a-Bration! There are four different Sale-a-Bration selections featured on this project.
Background Basics
Cathy started with a 6-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ Fresh Freesia card base that is scored at the 2-1/4″ mark. Next, she adhered two pieces of Sale-a-Bration Sneak Peek #1 Bloom Impressions DSP, one measuring 1-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ and another measuring 1-5/8″ x 5-1/8″. She layered those onto Blackberry Bliss cardstock pieces measuring 2″ x 5-1/4″ and 1-3/4″ x 5-1/4″ respectively. The larger layers, she mounted on the shortened card front. The smaller layers, she mounted onto the inside edge that shows with the card closed (after mounting a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White inside first). It’s a cool faux gate-fold look that I adore! The Bloom Impressions DSP can be selected for FREE with a $60 purchase during Sale-a-Bration.
Heart Focal Point
Cathy cut out a leafy heart die-cut with the Sale-a-Bration Sneak Peek #2 Heart Shaped Bundle Dies and adhered them to a Basic White Stylish Shapes die-cut with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. She stamped a sentiment from the Heart Shaped stamp set in Fresh Freesia ink on the inside of the heart. The Heart Shaped Bundle can be selected for FREE with a $120 purchase during Sale-a-Bration.
That layer was popped up with Dimensionals onto a Blackberry Bliss Stylish Shapes die-cut, then adhered to the card front with SEAL Adhesive.
Finishing Touches
Cathy tied a bow with the Sale-a-Bration Sneak Peek #3 Fresh Freesia 3/8″ Seam Binding Ribbon and attached it to the top of the heart with a Glue Dot. She finished with a couple of Sale-a-Bration Sneak Peek #4 Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins for a little shine. So lovely! The seam binding and sequins each can be selected for FREE with a $60 purchase during Sale-a-Bration.
