The Sentimental Christmas suite is filled with nostalgic images and vintage Christmas patterns for an old-fashioned Christmas feel. It reminds me of old holiday postcards from my grandmother’s drawer. It’s sure to help you create projects that stir up warm and happy memories!

This card was created by Julie Salva and I received it as part of a swap.

Julie started with a 4-3/4″ x 3-1/2″ piece of Shaded Spruce cardstock that she embossed with the Exposed Brick Folder. She adhered it at an angle onto a Poppy Parade card base. Next, she added three different 1-1/2″ x 3″ patterns of Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper onto the background, also tilted at fun and festive angles.

Julie cut a Basic Beige Stylish Shapes circle and adhered it to the card front with SEAL Adhesive. Next she used the stocking shaped Sentimental Wishes die to cut out a full-color stocking from the Sentimental Wishes DSP and popped it up onto the circle.

She stamped the Sentimental Wishes greeting in Shaded Spruce ink onto a 2-1/2″ x 1″ piece of Basic Beige cardstock and tucked it under the stocking, adhering it with SEAL.

Next, Julie tied a bow with the Shaded Spruce Satin & Sheer Ribbon and attached it with a Glue Dot. She finished with three Shaded Spruce Regal Foiled Dots. Just darling!
