Hi Stampers!
Where is this week going to? It's flying by! It's almost time for my September Countdown To Christmas Class this Saturday—woohoo! If you've ordered a Class-To-Go Kit, I'll be sending out the kits very soon!
Did you know that it's not too late to order a September Class-To-Go Kit? It's true! I don't want you to miss a class, so I'm extending the Class-To-Go Option for September! Registration is also open for the October Class featuring Festive Flurry. The deadline to register for either month's class is September 18.
The weather sure has cooled down here in Indiana, and it's feeling like the start of Fall, making today's two cool cards very appropriate!
CASEd from Amy O'Neill at Amy's Paper Crafts.
I used the pretty Magnificent Maple single stamp on a speckled, washi tape background!
I started with a Crushed Curry card base. My 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White layer was sponged around the edges with Chocolate Chip ink. I stamped the splatter image from Gorgeous Grunge a few times in both Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze Ink.
Next, I added Cherry Cobbler Season of Style Washi Tape, a strip of Early Espresso patterned paper from Sweater Weather DSP, and a Pumpkin Pie Witches' Brew Washi Tape. Then, I stamped the sentiment from Regarding Dahlias in Early Espresso.
Finally, I stamped the Magnificent Maple in Crushed Curry, splattered it with Cajun Craze, hand-cut it with Paper Snips, and popped it up with Dimensionals. A Naturals Designer Button is tied with Early Espresso Baker's Twine, then adhered with a Glue Dot.
The second, horizontal version swaps out the Cherry Cobbler washi tape for some Naturals Ribbon Trim.
I used a larger, brown button from the same pack and tied the twine a little differently.
I was having lots of fun playing with the elements, so I created 8 cards that are all a little different. Fun!
