I truly feel that Stampin' Up! pulled out all the stops on the 30th Anniversary Share What You Love suite! From the lovely images in the stamp set, to the gorgeous pearlized Designer Paper, to the sweet accents…I love it all! And, the color combination is the icing on the cake for me! Today's cards showcase some of my favorite pieces in the collection! Before we see the project details, let me introduce you to some of the showstoppers!
Love What You Do Stamp Set—What an adorably sweet stamp set, complete with pretty florals, delightful sentiments and a fun background wash!
Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper—A DELUXE pack of 24 sheets: 4 each of 6 double-sided designs and 4 designs have one side with a luminous pearlized accents! You've never seen anything like this gorgeous paper! The colors are amazing and the coordinating patterns are sensational!
Share What You Love Artisan Pearls—One of my absolute favorite parts of the Share What You Love suite is the pack of Artisan Pearls in pretty pastel colors!
Background Basics—I started with a 4-1/4" x 11" vertically-folded Old Olive card base.
Cool DSP—I adhered a 4-1/4" x 2" strip of Share What You Love DSP across the bottom of the card base. Check out the awesome pearlized finish on the flower pattern! It's a subtle shimmery, slightly iridescent look, reminiscent of adding Wink of Stella, but even better! Next, I ran a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive along the top edge of the DSP and added some of the new 1/4" Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon across it, trimming the ends flush to the edges of the card. Oooo…that ribbon is so soft and decadent!
Focal Point—I stamped the Love What You Do background wash image in Crumb Cake onto a 3" x 3-1/2" piece of Whisper White. The sentiment was stamped next on the lower right with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then, I stamped the trio of flowers alongside the sentiment. The flowers are colored in with Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Markers, then topped with some Wink of Stella shimmer to match the DSP. The layer is mounted onto a 3-1/8" x 3-5/8" piece of Basic Black cardstock, then popped up with Dimensionals. I finished with a few Basic Pearl Jewels floating around the flowers.
Two Cool—My second version begins with a card base in new Grapefruit Grove cardstock.
This time, I used a different pearlized pattern of the Share What You Love DSP. Wow! Look at that shine!
Popped Flowers—I stepped up this card a bit by stamping the flowers a second time onto Whisper White scrap, cutting them out with Paper Snips and popping them up with Dimensionals. The flowers were colored with the light Pumpkin Pie and light Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Markers, and brushed with Wink of Stella, of course! This time, I tried out the new Artisan Pearls! LOVE them!
