Most years, I don't feature many Halloween projects, simply because I don't choose to purchase Halloween stamp sets. This year, however, the Monster Bash suite of products was high on my Holiday Catalog Wishlist! It is simply ADORABLE! I haven't had a chance to play with mine yet, but today I'm featuring a couple of swap cards I just received that make me love these spooky projects even more! Enjoy this sneak peek!

Susan's Open If You Dare Card
One of my favorite things about the Monster Bash suite is that a several of the items are not Halloween specific, so they are versatile enough to use on any card! Take the background Stylish Scroll embossing folder, for example. The background texture fits the spooky theme, but it will look just as amazing with fall leaves, flowers or even holiday ornaments! It's so elegant! I can see myself using it all the time! Let's check out the details of this swap card created by Susan Campfield.
Background Basics—The Basic Black base of this card is 4-1/4" x 9-3/4" and scored at the 5-1/2" mark. Susan added a 4" x 4" piece of Black that was embossed with the Stylish Scroll to the front of the card using SNAIL Adhesive.
Sweet Sentiment—Susan stamped one of the many cute-shaped sentiments from the Spooktacular Bash stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Whisper White cardstock. It's die-cut with the Ornate Frames dies…another one of those tools that is not just for Halloween! She attached it with a little Tear & Tape Adhesive to the bottom edge of the front card flap, so that it hangs out over the bottom inside of the card.
Frames Focal Point—Susan stamped another adorable little Spooktacular Bash image in Memento Black onto Whisper White, then colored it in with Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Markers. It's die-cut with another die shape from Ornate Frames. How about that awesomely decorate frame around it? That is created with another cool die from the same set. I love that Susan used Black Foil for the frame, so it gives the focal point some spooky shine! The layers are popped up with Dimensionals.
Ornate Frames—Check out these cute little die shapes from Ornate Frames! They coordinate perfectly with the adorable images from Spooktacular Bash, and they are also perfect for sentiments and labels of all kinds! I am in LOVE! These are so much fun!

Inside the Card—Susan finished off the card with another Spooktacular Bash greeting stamped in Memento Black onto a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White. She added a 4" x 1-1/4" strip of Monster Bash Designer Series Paper along the bottom.
Dena's Spooktacular Bash Ghoul Friends Card
I also received this sweet Halloween card created by Deno Rekow, featuring the Halloween-themed Monster Bash Designer Series Paper and another pair of Ornate Frames.
Background Basics—Dena started by stamping some cool cobweb images from the Wonderfully Wicked stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Basic Gray cardstock. It's adhered onto a Basic Black card base. Next, she layered a 4" x 3" piece of the Monster Bash DSP onto a 4-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Basic Black cardstock. She added a strip of the new Basic Black 3/8" Scalloped Edge Ribbon across this layer, securing the ends on the back with Tear & Tape Adhesive. That ribbon is another accent that you can use on any style card!
Frames Focal Point—Dena stamped one of the Spooktacular Bash greetings in Memento Black ink onto Cajun Craze cardstock and die-cut it with the Ornate Frames dies. It's layered onto another Basic Black Ornate Frames die-cut with more curly scroll accents and popped up with Dimensionals.
Can you see why this Halloween suite is unlike most—I can't wait to try those frames on all kinds of projects!
