Snow Wonder Happy Christmas Cards

This simple & sweet fun-fold is another easy-to-duplicate holiday with that adorable snowman from Snow Wonder.

Background Basics—The Whisper White Thick card base measures 5-1/2" x 6-1/2" on this card. I started with a traditional half-sheet of cardstock, then trimmed off the excess. Then, I cut that piece down to 2" x 5-1/4" and embossed it with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder before adhering it to the inside edge of the card. I adhered the Misty Moonlight snowflake pattern of Trimming The Town DSP to the front panel.

Sweet Snowman—I stamped the Snow Wonder snowman in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a 3" x 4" piece of Whisper White, then colored it it with Stampin' Blends Markers. I colored the hat and scarf in Pool Party, the holly in Old Olive, the berries in Real Red and the nose in Pumpkin Pie. Next, I stamped the snowflakes image twice in Misty Moonlight in the upper right corner. I matted the piece onto a 3-1/8" x 4-1/8" layer of Pool Party, then popped it up onto the front panel with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—I stamped the sentiment onto a 2-3/4" x 5/8" piece of Whisper White, trimming the end into a fishtail and adhering it onto the card front. Three little Adhesive-Backed Snowflake accents add some well-coordinated sparkle!

Inside The Card—I stamped a couple of snowflake images onto the 3" x 4" Whisper White piece on the inside. I love how this panel hides behind the front focal point perfectly!

Two Cool—I couldn't wait to pair the Trimming The Town wreath-patterned paper with the wreath in the Snow Wonder set! I started with a Pool Party card base, added that DSP to the front and embossed the inside strip with the Subtle Embossing Folder.

Sweet Snowman—In order to make the stamped wreath match the DSP wreaths a little better, I toned down the images by stamping in Smoky Slate ink. I colored the images the same as the first card, then layered it onto a Real Red panel. This time, the sentiment is on Pear Pizzazz.
