In this LIVE Class, I share how to make 5 cards featuring the Snowy Wonder Bundle and Snowy Scenes DSP. This adorable bundle has whimsical characters and images to make adorable holiday scenes. The dies include two sizes of spherical shapes and a base, so you can capture your snowy scene to look like it’s part of a sweet snow globe. Add the cute DSP for a lovely coordinated background, or cut out the pre-printed snow globes for an instant, cool focal point. Snowy Wonder Happy Home Card
What a sweet little winter scene…perfect for a “from our house to yours” holiday card!
Background Basics
I started by embossing the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White with the Snowflake Sky Embossing Folder and adhering it to a Garden Green card base. Next, I added a 4″ x 2″ piece of wavy plaid Snowy Scenes Designer Series Paper to the lower part of the card with a 4″ x 1/2″ strip of Poppy Parade cardstock along the top for a finished look.
Snowy Home Scene
I stamped some Snowy Wonder mountain images in Pool Party ink onto a Pool Party Nested Essentials die-cut shape. I added a Snowy Wonder greeting beneath it with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I mounted the label onto the card front with SEAL Adhesive.
Next, I stamped more Snowy Wonder images: a house in Poppy Parade, a large tree in Mossy Meadowy and a small tree in Garden Green. I die-cut all of those images with coordinating Snowy Wonder Dies, along with a Garden Green cardstock tree die-cut. I adhered the two larger trees to the background with SEAL Adhesive, then popped up the house and small tree with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches
I tied some Pool Party Pompom Trim around the card front into a double-knot. I also added large and small size clear Sparkle Gems onto the focal point. So ding-dang cute!
