Hi Stamping Friends!

One of my favorite things about Stampin' Up! is the versatility of their products. For example, the All My Love Designer Series Paper is a beautiful Valentine's Day inspired collection, but the patterns and colors can also be used on so many non-Valentine's projects!

Today, I'm sharing an example of how you can extend the life of the All My Love DSP long after Valentine's Day is over!

So Happy To Have You In My Life Cards

The Amazing Life stamp set includes an eclectic collection of focal point sentiments and accents that are great for spring occasions. I paired it with the beautiful All My Love Designer Series Paper for a lovely pair of appreciation cards.

Background Basics—I started adhering a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of the pretty Crumb Cake All My Love DSP pattern to a Soft Sea Foam card base. I added a 1-3/4" x 5-1/4" piece of Flirty Flamingo down the center.

Happy Life—I stamped the large Amazing Life sentiment in Lovely Lipstick ink onto a 2-3/4" x 3-1/2" piece of Whisper White. I colored in the word "happy" with Flirty Flamingo Dark Stampin' Blends Marker and the banner with the Soft Sea Foam Dark Stampin' Blends Marker. Next, I adhered the stamped layer to a 2-7/8" x 3-5/8" Soft Sea Foam mat and popped it up onto the card front.

Finishing Touches—Look closely and you can see that I brushed on some Wink of Stella glitter over the words and banner, giving it some subtle shimmer. I finished by adding a couple of light pink Artisan Pearls. Prettiness!

Two Cool—The second card has a Rich Razzleberry card base and a Flirty Flamingo pattern of All My Love DSP on the background. I added a 4" x 1-3/4" strip of Soft Sea Foam across the card background, giving a foundation to the focal point.

Focal Point—I stamped the sentiment in Rich Razzleberry and colored it the same as the first card with Stampin' Blends Markers. I covered all of the stamped image in Wink of Stella clear, too. The Artisan Pearls are a little darker on this one. This was one of the cards at my Kickoff Party last weekend.
