Stippled Roses Toile Thanks Cards
The first pair of cards from my Stippled Roses LIVE Class highlights the beautiful toile-looking pattern from the Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper. The main pattern looks like the images were stamped randomly all over the paper in Pebbled Path ink. It’s a fun-fold card with an off-set opening.

Background Basics
I started with a 5-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ piece of Pool Party cardstock, scored at the 3-1/4″ mark. I added a 3″ x 5-1/4″ piece of the Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper onto the card front. On the inside, I have a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock for the message, decorated down the right-hand side with a 1″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Softly Stippled DSP.
Sweet Sentiment
I die-cut two labels with the Thoughtful Expressions Dies: a larger one in Pool Party and a smaller, nested one in Basic White. I stamped the Stippled Roses sentiment in Pebbled Path ink onto the Basic White label first for positioning, then added some leaves. The stamped layer is popped up onto the mat layer with Dimensionals, then both layers are mounted onto the card front with SEAL Adhesive.
Finishing Touches
I finished by wrapping some Pool Party Grosgrain Ribbon around the card front, tying it into a double-knot. I also added two of the Opaque Faceted Gems in Pool Party color at the bottom of the sentiment label on the inside of the card. Those gems are also a Sale-a-Bration selection for an order of $50. Too Cool!
Two Cool
My second card has similar coloring with a little more detail. I started with Lost Lagoon for the card base and added the same DSP layers.
Focal Point
This time I added more stamped leaves to the label and popped it up onto a Lost Lagoon die-cut. I also stamped the small Stippled Roses rose image in Pebbled Path onto Basic White. I colored the flower with Stampin’ Blends Markers: Pool Party and Lost Lagoon for the flower and Old Olive and Mossy Meadow for the leaves. I die-cut the flower with the Stippled Roses Dies and popped that up, as well.
Finishing Touches
I tied this card with the Pretty Peacock & Gold Metallic Ribbon and added a few gold gems from the Blooming Pearls pack. So sweet!
