Exciting marker news! Stampin' Up! just announced that individual markers will temporarily be available in all of the new colors! This is fantastic news for those of us who have been stamping for awhile and already have some of the old In Color markers.
There is a complete set of the 10 new colors of markers in the catalog, but not all of the colors were available as a single marker. Until now!

This was the final card we did at my class last night and it got lots of raves! It features the Summer Silhouettes stamp set along with the fun Epic Day This and That Washi Tape and Designer Paper.

I found this gorgeous card design by Sharon Cheng and I copied it almost exactly, only changing the butterfly. I loved the bold images and colors!
It starts with a Calypso Coral card base, which is layered with a piece of 3-3/4"x 5" Pool Party card stock.
I stamped several Crumb Cake leaves from Summer Silhouettes first on a 3-5/8" x 4-7/8" piece of Very Vanilla. Then I filled in the larger spaces with Calypso Coral flowers. The flowers really come to life when you add the Basic Gray stamped centers, so don't skip that step! Finally, fill in all of the small spaces with the small flower images stamped in Pool Party.
The Petite Pairs sentiment is stamped in Basic Gray. SAVE 25% on that stamp set, when you order by June 30, 2013, during the Grab Your Greetings promotion.
Next, I added several strips of the Epic Day This and That Washi Tape. I tore off the ends at different lengths, then wrapped the remainder around the edge of the stamped layer.
I punched the Elegant Butterfly out of both Pool Party card stock and Epic Day This and That Designer Series Paper. The layers are adhered with a Glue Dot, then the butterfly is attached to the card with a Dimensional and finished with a Pearl Jewel.
I really like the Basic Gray striped Washi Tape on this one.
