Hi Stamping Friends!

We had lots of show & tell projects at our last Too Cool Team meeting, so I thought I'd share some of my favorites for today's Sunday Showcase!

Jodi - hi washi tape copy

Created by Jodi Geers at Polka Dot Stamper.

#1 Washi Tape "Hi" Card—This card by Jodi Geers is so fun and cheerful!  She die-cut the banner with the Little Letters Thinlits, so that the Cherry On Top Washi Tape would show through!  Cute idea! She also added some chevron stripes by coloring the Work of Art (clear, wood) stamp with markers before stamping.  Color combo: Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Cucumber Crush, Watermelon Wonder & Whisper White.

Also features: Cherry On Top DSP, 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch, Mini Silver Brads & Bermuda Bay Thick Baker's Twine.

Rita - best thoughts chic copy

Created by Rita Berning.

#2 Best Thoughts Chic Card—Rita created an ultra-chic card featuring the Best Thoughts Host set (clear, wood).  The diagonal stripes are made with the Everyday Chic Washi Tape, and she added a skinny strip of Silver Glimmer Paper for a bit of sparkle. Color combo: Basic Black, Whisper White & Silver.

Also features: Dazzling Diamonds glitter, Black Baker's Twine & Rhinestone Jewels.

Janet - zoo babies copy

Created by Janet Shinn.

#3 Zoo Babies Birthday Card—Janet created a sweet kids birthday card using the Zoo Babies stamp set (clear, wood).  Awww, they love each other!  Color combo: Pear Pizzazz, Watermelon Wonder, Tangerine Tango & Whisper White.

Also features: Subtles DSP Stack, Tea Lace Doilies & Pear Pizzazz 1/4" Cotton Ribbon.

Kathe - ray of sunshine copy

Created by Kathe Madsen.

#4 You're My Sunshine Card—This card by Kathe is sure to brighten someone's day!  She used the Ray of Sunshine (clear, wood) to stamp the sun's layers, then hand-cut the points of the sun to make it stand out over the You've Got This (clear, wood) cross-hatched background. She also colored the White Baker's Twine with a Soft Sky marker.  Color combo: Hello Honey, Soft Sky, So Saffron & Whisper White.

Also features: White 1-1/4" Jute Ribbon & Rhinestone Jewels.

Peggy - wild about flowers copy

Created by Peggy Tassler.

#5 Wild About Flowers Trio Card—Peggy used some of my favorite colors on this Wild About Flowers (photopolymer) card. The stamps are two-step, so it's easy to add any color blossom to the stems!  The sentiment is from Birthday Blossoms (clear, wood). Color combo: Bermuda Bay, Island Indigo, Old Olive & Very Vanilla.

Also features: Bohemian DSP, Rhinestone Jewels & Beautiful Wings Embosslit (retired).

Peggy - heart smile copy

Created by Peggy Tassler.

#6 Wildflowers Heart Smile Card—Peggy used the Wild About Flowers set (photopolymer) again for a layered panel design featuring the English Garden Designer Series Paper and the Timeless Love (clear, wood) sentiment. Color combo: Night of Navy, Mossy Meadow, Soft Suede & Whisper White.

Also features: Large Polka Dots Texture Impressions Folder.
