It's Sunday Showcase time! In honor of the first snowflakes of this season, I'm doing snow-themed projects! Enjoy!
Created by Michelle Hoover, Too Cool Demo Team.
I love the icy colors of Elegant Eggplant and Pool Party on Michelle's card! And, check out that awesome snowflake! She used the Floral Frame Framelits in combination with the Snowflake Soiree stamp set to make beautiful, die-cut layers! The largest Whisper White die-cut is actually double-cut; cut out the flower shape once, then rotate the framelit and die-cut it again. This card design is inspired by one done by Dawn Olchefske at DOstamping With Dawn and she has a helpful tutorial: Floral Frames Snowflake. Also features: Delicate Details Texture Impressions Folder (the cool snowflake design), Pool Party Ruffled Ribbon, Silver Glimmer Paper, and Snow Flurry Die.
Created by Lynn Schultz at Notes From The Paper Palace.
Lynn used the Snow Much Fun stamp set (on sale at 50% off thru Nov. 28) as the decoration on this cute Tic Tac Holder! The basic dimensions for the cover are 4-1/2" x 3” card stock, score at 1-7/8" from each side to create spine. Cut out and adhere the colored image to the front, then punch out the window with a 1" Circle Punch. You can also add a 12" long ribbon to tie it closed. Super cute!

Carmen created a gorgeous emboss resist modified "joy fold" card using the Christmas Lodge stamp set. The images are stamped in Versamark, heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and then sponged with Soft Suede ink. The snowflake isn't Stampin' Up!, but you could easily substitute the small snowflake from the Snow Flurry Die in it's place.
Here is a better look at the inside flaps of the card. So pretty!

This cute little girl from Greeting Card Kids is all bundled up for winter! If you were to look closely, you'd see some Dazzling Diamonds snow glistening on her coat and on the ground. Carmen used the retired Serene Snowflakes images, but you could substitute the pretty new Snowflake Soiree stamp images, which were stamped in Whisper White Craft Ink. Also features: Baja Breeze Seam Binding.
Created by Michelle Hoover, Too Cool Demo Team.
Michelle used the Snow Flurry Die to create a lovely snowflake with Silver Glimmer Paper and traditional Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green Christmas colors. Also features: Merry & Type greeting, Decorative Label Punch (on sale thru Nov. 28!), Snow Festival Designer Series Paper, Perfect Polka Dot Texture Impressions Folder, and Rhinestone Jewels.
On display at the Lansing Regional (let me know if it's yours!).
Ooohh! What a fun shaker card! Stampin' Up! Shaker Frames make it easy to create! This card uses the Four Seasons exclusive hostess set, embossed in White Embossing Powder, then punched with a 1" Circle Punch in the center, and a 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch for the completed shape.
Assemble the shaker in a few easy steps: 1) the bird is stamped on an underneath layer, 2) the foam Shaker Frame is adhered around the circle, 3) Dazzling Diamonds glitter is added, 4) a Window Sheet is adhered to the Shaker Frame, and 5) the scalloped punch-out is adhered over the top.
Also features: Northern Flurry Texture Impressions Folder (on sale thru Nov. 28!), Midnight Muse Stitched Satin Ribbon, and Family Reunion greeting.

What a fun pop-up card! This card stands up on its base when you open it, but lays flat enough to fit into a standard size envelope. You can find a tutorial from Dawn Griffith at Dawn's Stamping Thoughts: Pop Up Stand Up Tutorial. I love how Carmen sponged on Whisper White Craft Ink before stamping and coloring her Snow Much Fun image. Love it!
On display at Ronda Wade's Creative Convention (let me know if it's yours!).
This reminds me of Christmases gone by! The skates are from the Winter Memories set, layered on Labels Collection Framelits die-cuts and embellished with Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine and Cherry Cobbler Tulle. Although the Snowflake Punch is retired, you could use the die-cuts from the Snow Flurry Die. Also features: Woodgrain Texture Impressions Folder, and Christmas Lodge stamp set.
Thanks so much for visiting my Too Cool Stamping blog! Hope you found something snowy to inspire you today!
