The navy floral pattern from the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper is my favorite! Pair it with a simple sentiment and a Pierce Bloom flower and it's a quick and oh, so pretty card!
Background Basics—I started by embossing a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder and mounting it onto a Misty Moonlight card base. I wrapped some Blushing Bride Metallic Ribbon around the card front, securing the ends on the front with SEAL Adhesive for a shiny textured element.
Next, I layered some of that pretty Paper Blooms DSP measuring 4" x 3" onto a 4-1/8" x 3-1/8" layer of Night of Navy cardstock. It's adhered to the card front with SEAL.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the In Bloom sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto a Basic White Stitched Shapes oval die-cut and popped it up with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—The shiny star of the In Bloom Bundle is most certainly the Pierced Blooms Dies! I love those dotted stitched details on the bloom die-cut shapes. I encourage you to cut out every flower shape on sheets of different colors of cardstock all at once so you have lots of shapes and sizes of blooms to mix & match! So, so fun! I layered a small Petal Pink flower with a Night of Navy center and some Pear Pizzazz leaves. It's popped up with Dimensionals. I finished by adding a few Champagne Rhinestones around the greeting.
Two Cool—My second version begins with an Ornate Floral embossed Soft Sea Foam layer onto a Soft Sea Foam card base. I used the same ribbon and same DSP layers as the original card above.
Sweet Sentiment—This time, I selected a different In Bloom greeting, inked in Night of Navy and stamped onto a Basic White Ornate Frames die-cut.
Pretty Bloom—I chose a Rococo Rose flower this time, with a Night of Navy center and a couple of Pear Pizzazz leaves. So sweet and quick!
