Tasteful Touches You Are So Special Cards

The images in the Tasteful Touches stamp set layer together so beautifully, so collage style cards like these are effortless!

Background Basics—I started by stamping the Tasteful Touches leaves in Crumb Cake ink onto a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White. I stamped one time close to the top left and another close to the bottom right. Next, I added a 4" x 1-3/4" piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper across the center of the stamped images and mounted the layer onto a Rococo Rose card base.

Pretty Flowers—I stamped the Tasteful Touches flower in both Petal Pink and Rococo Rose inks onto Whisper White, then fussy-cut them with my super-sharp Paper Snips. They are adhered over the DSP with SEAL adhesive.

Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Tasteful Touches sentiment in Crumb Cake ink onto a Whisper White Tasteful Labels die-cut and popped it up with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—I attached a Braided Linen Trim bow to the card with a Glue Dot. Then, I colored a few Rhinestones with the Flirty Flamingo Dark Stampin' Blends Markers and sprinkled them around the blooms.

Two Cool—For the second card, I stamped the same leaves then added a different In Good Taste DSP pattern onto the background and mounted it onto a Misty Moonlight card base.

Blended Flowers—I stamped the flowers in Balmy Blue and Misty Moonlight. This time, as soon as I stamped the flower, I used a Blender Pen to pull the ink from the outline images to give a little soft color to the bloom. I love this technique, but you have to do it as soon as you stamp it. It won't work as well once the color is dry. However, you can always use your Blender Pen and ink pad to add color to the blooms after the fact.

Finishing Touches—I colored a few Rhinestones with the Misty Moonlight Dark Stampin' Blends Markers…don't they look fabulous?!
