Hi Stamping Friends!

One of my favorite parts of our monthly team meeting is participating in our swaps!  Today, I'm sharing two cool swap cards I received using the awesome new script pattern from the Designer Series Paper Stacks!  They are so pretty!

Stack - in color 2015 138432S

Designer Series Paper Stacks—Have you tried these before? Designer Series Paper Stacks are a huge stack of 40 sheets of designer papers including all of the colors in a Color Collection.  Each classic Color Collection stack has 2 each of 2 double-sided designs in 10 colors.  Each In Color Collection stack has 4 each of the 2 patterns in 5 colors. It's a tremendous value!  And, the designs in the new stack are so lovely!  Click on the above photo to see them up close!

#1 Darla's You've Got This Thanks Card

Darla created a lovely card featuring some of the latest In Colors and the beautiful You've Got This stamp set.  I love the layers!

Background Basics—She stamped the cross-hatch background in Tip Top Taupe on a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White, then sponged more color around the edges.  That's matted on a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Mint Macaron and adhered to a Tip Top Taupe card base.

Lovely Layers—Darla layered some matching Tip Top Taupe Dotted Lace Trim under a 1-1/4" x 5-1/4" strip of the Mint Macaron paper from the 2015-2017 In Color DSP Stack.

Fabulous Flower—Darla stamped the flower image from You've Got This in Memento Black Ink, then colored it in with what looks like Lost Lagoon and Cucumber Crush Stampin' Write Markers. I love how she took the time to cut the flower out and pop it up with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—The sentiment is from the Cottage Greetings stamp set and it's stamped in Tip Top Taupe on Whisper White. After punching it out with the Washi Tape Punch, she sponged more ink on it to match the background.

#2 Jodi's Grateful For You Card

Jodi's card is simple and stunning!  She used the gorgeous silver paper from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack for the background.

Background Basics—The Silver DSP measures 3-1/8" x 4-3/8" and is mounted on a 3-1/4" x 4-1/2" Whisper White mat for a very classy border.  I love the tone-on-tone look she gets by adhering it to a Whisper White card base.  Very elegant!

Sweet Sentiment—Jodi stamped an image from the Merry Everything in StazOn Black ink so it would not smear on the smooth surface of the paper.

Beautiful Blossom—The flower is stamped from the Birthday Blossoms set in Crushed Curry onto Crushed Curry card stock and punched with the Pansy Punch.  The small flower center is from the Pictogram Punches set, stamped in Crushed Curry onto Crushed Curry card stock and punched with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.  The flower layers are popped up with Dimensionals and topped with a Rhinestone Jewel.
