Download Carried Away Easel Calendar With Post It Notes Project Sheet
1) Carried Away Easel Calendar with Post-It Notes
A fun & functional hand-made gift! This project doubles as both a calendar and a Post-It Note holder. It's perfect for sending to a co-worker or teacher to display on a desk. Best of all, it folds flat for easy mailing inside a standard A2 Medium Envelope! Too Cool!

Step-By-Step Instructions
- Start with a 11" x 3-1/2" piece of Smoky Slate card stock, scored with the Simply Scored tool at 3" and 5-1/2".
- Crease both score lines of Smoky Slate cardstock and fold card in half with second scored line on the front. Apply SNAIL adhesive below the second score line only. Layer the second 5-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Smoky Slate over top aligning the bottom edges.
- Attach 5" x 3-1/4" Night of Navy card stock to front of easel and a 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" Nigh of Navy layer to the inside on the bottom half.
- Attach 3" x 3" Carried Away DSP to Night of Navy layer on the front.
- Add the Calendar to the bottom with Tear & Tape adhesive. You can find the calendars on Amazon (Taylored Expressions).
- Stamp Lift Me Up hot air balloon on scrap of White in Watermelon Wonder ink and cut out with the matching Up & Away Thinlits.
- Ink up the top part of the Lift Me Up birthday saying only with Night of Navy Ink (I cut my stamp apart) and Stamp on 3-1/2" x 1/2" strip of White. Banner cut both ends using Paper Snips.
- Attach balloon and sentiment with Dimensionals.
- Attach Post it Notes to the inside with SNAIL Adhesive
- Stand up the front of calendar easel and rest the bottom behind the post it notes

2) Carried Away 3-Panel Birthday Card
The layout on the second project is fantastic for using up your extra Designer Series Paper scraps! The Carried Away DSP is featured here along with the coordinating Lift Me Up stamp set. This is a super-quick & easy card!
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Stamp Lift Me Up balloon image in Night of Navy ink on scrap of Whisper White card stock, and cut out using the Up & Away Thinlits and Big Shot. Set aside.
- Adhere 1-1/4" x 5-1/8" strips of Carried Away Designer Series Paper to the 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White panels. It’s easiest to start with the middle strip – line it up right in the middle, then you can add the two side strips.
- Adhere 2-1/8" x 3-3/8" Carried Away clouds pattern to the 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" Whisper White piece.
- Tie Sending Love white ribbon around this panel.
- Assemble front of card as shown, using Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up the balloon.
- For the inside of the card, stamp Lift Me Up sentiment in Night of Navy ink. Assemble as shown.
