Too Cool Signs of a Growing Stamping Business!

Current Classes & Special Promotions!

Hi Stamping Friends!

Whew!  The past two months have been a whirlwind of stamping excitement for me!  You may have noticed some changes, but there's a lot happening behind the scenes, too!  Today, I thought I'd share a peek at some of the fantastic improvements that have happened and more that are in the works!

Disclaimer—I'll apologize in advance if I come off like a cross between someone giving an Academy Award acceptance speech and Donald Trump bragging about his business achievements!  I'm just really excited about where I'm at and the direction I'm headed, and I wanted to share my enthusiasm!  Feel free to "cue the music" and scroll on by if it's too much.

A BIG, BIG Thank You To My Stamping Friends!

Mediterranean BlogBadge_MedFirst and foremost, I wanted to thank my amazing stamping friends for their continued support & encouragement!  With YOUR help, I was able to finish the 2014-2015 Stampin' Up! year stronger than ever before!

My First Grand Vacation!  After pulling out all of the stops during the month of June, and literally begging for some extra sales, I was able to earn the Mediterranean Cruise Grand Vacation!  I've never even been out of the country, so it hasn't really sunk in that I have the opportunity to take this once-in-a-lifetime trip to see parts of Spain, Italy and France!  Woohoo!

Founder's Circle…Wait, What?!!!
I was not able to go to Convention this year, but my friend Kim Vogel was there and texted me the news during awards night that I had earned Founder's Circle!  OMG!  Are you freakin' kidding me?!  Earning Founder's Circle means that I was named a Top 100 demonstrator in the United States, which has been a huge goal of mine since I started Stampin' Up! 12 years ago!  This achievement was not even on my radar, so the news was the most amazing & awesome surprise!  My first response, pardon my French, was, "Holy Shitballs!"  I truly thought that Kim had misheard the announcement. But, the next day I got an official call from Stampin' Up! congratulating me on my accomplishment!  It is really real!

Founder's Circle Retreat—I'm so honored to be able to attend the very last Founder's Circle Retreat in beautiful St. George, Utah, where I'll have 5 days of stamping & spoiling alongside 99 amazing demonstrators!  My birthday falls during this September trip, so it's going to be an extra-special one this year!  I'll be celebrating at a pajama party, swapping cards with the best of the best of Stampin' Up!  EEEEeeeeeee!  Can't wait!

Washi tape - bohemian2Because of YOU!  I never would have been able to achieve these milestones without my Too Cool stamping friends and amazing Too Cool Team members!  I'm so blessed that you're a part of my stamping journey, and I appreciate your contribution to helping my stamping dreams come true! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!  A big, virtual hug to you all!

Thanks Training Team—I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Ronda Wade and all of my teammates in our Power Mastermind Training Group: Kirsteen Gill, Connie Heisey, Selene Kempton, Ruth Murphy, Natalie O'Shea, & Constanze Wirtz!  Ronda led a 3-month, intensive training session, which was just the kick-in-the-pants I needed to get to this next level in my business!  I so appreciate my team's support & encouragement!  And, finally, a big hug to ReNee Wright, my Stampin' Up! Business Development Coach for all of her ongoing encouragement & pep-talks!

Looking Better All The Time!

The best thing about earning these incentives and reaching these milestones is that I'm even more inspired and motivated to dream bigger and achieve even greater goals!  I've taken some time in July to catch my breath a bit, but I've also started organizing & streamlining my business. Here are some of the improvements I've been working on…

Too-Cool-Stamping-Blog-sm2NEW Too Cool Style!  As I've mentioned a couple weeks ago, Too Cool Stamping is getting a full-blown make-over thanks to my friend Melissa Hitzemann at Whirlygig Photography. I love my new look and I hope you do, too!

Confession—I used to be a marketing director, so it truly makes me giddy to have all of my business resources coordinate to form a cohesive Too Cool Stamping brand!

Blog UpdatesSo far, we've updated my Too Cool Stamping blog's home page and changed over the colors & fonts to match. I added a new profile photo today.  Boy, was that photo way overdue for an update!  Do you even recognize me?  Haha!  Yesterday, we created a new watermark for my photos and I got a lesson how to edit them.  We're still working on some updated widget links and a signature line, so you still may see some rearranging & tweaking. It's getting there!

More Updates—I also got a new banner for my Too Cool Stamping Facebook Page, and I'm slowly getting updated printed materials like Business Cards as I need them!  It's all coming together!

NEW Too Cool Stamping Email Newsletter—We've updated my email newsletter, too, with a new banner and colors!  I'm also planning a re-launch my Too Cool Stamping News email to become a weekly summary of current specials & upcoming classes. I'll be doing less event marketing & reminders on my Too Cool Stamping blog posts, so I can focus on the projects and creativity!  Those stampers interested in keeping up with dates & deadlines of promotions & classes will want to subscribe to my Newsletter so they don't miss a thing!  I'll share more details on my new Email Newsletter program as soon as I can!

Too Cool Team Improvements

Title recognition necklace - Silver Elite 2

Members of my downline have also seen some big changes in our events!

Powerful Team Meetings—I've recently re-structured our Team Meetings to be more fun & more powerful than ever before!  We have more Prize Patrols, better prize drawings for challenges, better make & takes, a rewarding new recognition program, and useful, time-tested business tips!  My favorite is the floating charm lockets that team members can earn with title advancements—they match my Too Cool new look, too!

Team Building—I've invited my local Too Cool Team members to be more involved in our meetings and they are stepping up to assist with the meeting, present creative projects and share their own business tips!  We have so much fun at our events! I love how our team feels like a family!

New Programs For Online Team Members—I'm so blessed to be able to have stampers from all over the country on my team and I'm continuing to find ways that they can participate from afar!  Along with our current exclusive Business Builders Blog and team swaps, I now offer Virtual Team Meeting kits for those who can't attend, and we all can interact and encourage one another on our private Facebook Team Group page. I'm dedicated to improving my resources for all of my Too Cool Team members!
