Hi Stamping Friends!
I'd like to start with a big shout out to the newest members of my Too Cool Demo Team! Welcome to Becky, Gail, Peggy, Linda and Pat! I'm so excited you decided to join our amazing Stampin' Up! family! Congratulations! You're about to take your love for stamping to a whole new level! Woohoo!
Speaking of my Too Cool team…today's projects were two of the make & takes at our team meeting last week courtesy of team members Carmen DeBruce and Darla Eigenschink!
Mini Trick-or-Treat Chocolate Holder
Carmen showed us how to create this mini Trick-or-Treat box big enough to hold either Ghirardelli chocolate squares or Hershey's Nuggets.
She got the idea from Susan Itell and you can see complete instructions at her Simple Stampin blog.
This is a great basic treat box design that can be used for all kinds of occasions. Change up the colors, designer paper, and Tags 4 You label to make it work for Thanksgiving, Christmas or Valentine's Day in a snap! It's the perfect size for wedding or party favors, too! So cute!
Supplies Used: Summer Starfruit card stock, Simply Scored, Witches' Brew Designer Series Paper, Tags 4 You (wood), Label Bracket Punch OR Tags For You Bundle with punch (wood), Sticky Strip, Dimensionals, and SNAIL.
Ghost Peep Halloween Treat Holder
Darla shared this adorable little holder for cute ghost Peeps using the Apothecary Accents Framelits!
Again, you could easily change up the designer papers and add a different, cute candy to "peep" out of the pocket. A fast and easy treat for any occasion!
Since the Peeps are not individually wrapped, we stuck them in a Small Cello bag and tied them with baker's twine.
