Hi Stamping Friends!
We had our monthly Too Cool Stamp & Share team event this week and my team brought some lovely projects to our swap!
Today, I'm sharing a couple of pretty little Painted Harvest cards created by Amy Van Huisen & Darla Eigenschink. I love this set so much and it just so happens to be my October Stamp-of-the-Month! I'll have details on that class kit coming soon!

Painted Harvest Gather Together Card
Amy Van Huisen's card is a beautiful collage of several leaf elements from the Painted Harvest suite. So, so pretty!
Background Basics—Amy started by embossing the 5-1/4" x 4" background layer with the Layered Leaves Texture Impressions Folder. After adding a 5-1/4" x 1-1/2" strip of beautiful Painted Harvest Designer Series Paper across the middle, she tied some Crushed Curry Baker's Twine around the layers. She even added a few strands of Copper Thread to the bow as it was tied…love the detail! The whole front was mounted onto a Garden Green card base.
Leaf Collage—Amy stamped two Painted Harvest watercolor leaves images in Cajun Craze onto Lemon Lime Twist card stock and punched it with the coordinating Leaf Punch. She stamped a couple more outline leaves in Early Espresso onto Lemon Lime Twist and punched those out. Finally, she punched out the leaf shape from Copper Foil. All of those elements were adhered in a collage, along with two 1/2" strips of Early Espresso patterned Painted Harvest and a piece of Burlap Ribbon. The layering and textures are amazing!
Sweet Sentiment—Amy finished off the card by stamping a Painted Harvest sentiment in Early Espresso onto a 3" x 1" wood pattern from the Wood Textures DSP stack. She popped that element up with Dimensionals, then added some hand-cut acorns printed on the Painted Autumn DSP as the finishing touch!
Love all the layers and details on this lovely card, Amy!

Painted Harvest Thankful For You Card
Oooh…I love the color combination that Darla Eigenschink used for her Painted Harvest floral card! I've seen these flowers in so many beautiful color combinations, but this one is so striking and perfect for a thank you card.
Floral Background—Darla stamped her flowers in a combination of Night of Navy and Marina Mist on a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Very Vanilla. Looks like she stamped the smaller detailed Painted Harvest flower image in Night of Navy, then stamped over it a couple of times with the larger flower image in Marina Mist. The flower centers were stamped in Early Espresso with the larger circle image and again with the dotted image. She added some Wild Wasabi leaves in between.
Once the background was stamped, she mounted that onto a 5-1/8" x 5-3/8" layer of Night of Navy, then adhered it to a Marina Mist card base.
Sweet Sentiment—Darla stamped the Painted Harvest sentiment in Night of Navy onto a 3-7/8" x 1" piece of Very Vanilla, then matted that onto a 4" x 1-1/8" piece of Wild Wasabi and adhered it with SNAIL to the card front.
Finishing Touches—She added a strip of Burlap Ribbon onto the sentiment layer, then hand-cut another stamped flower to pop up over the top. Then, Darla finished by stamping the Painted Harvest leaf image in Wild Wasabi ink onto coordinating card stock and punching out with the Leaf Punch. It's tucked under the flower and attached with a Glue Dot.
What a pretty, pretty card, Darla! Thanks for sharing!
