Art Gallery Happy Birthday Card #1
Here's a quick and easy birthday card you can recreate with all of the best products from the Fine Art Floral Suite.
Background Basics—Mount a 4" x 5-1/4" layer of Shimmery White cardstock onto a Blushing Bride card base. Use the Triple Banner Punch to cut the end of a 2" x 4" piece of Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper and adhere to the card front. Next, attach a 4" x 1" piece of Golden Garden Specialty Acetate to a 4" x 1" piece of Poppy Parade cardstock using Glue Dots. Be sure to position the Glue Dots in the center where they will be covered up by the focal point image. Finally, adhere a 5" piece of Fine Art Ribbon down the banner-cut DSP using SEAL Adhesive.
Fabulous Floral—Die-cut a Basic White circle with the largest of the Layering Circles Dies. Ink the Art Gallery solid flower image in Poppy Parade, stamp off once, then stamp onto the circle. Add the detailed flower image over the top in full-strength Poppy Parade ink. Stamp the stem in Mossy Meadow ink, then pop up the circle onto the card front with Dimensionals.
Sweet Sentiment—Stamp the Art Gallery sentiment in Poppy Parade ink onto a Basic White label that is cut with the Floral Gallery Dies. Pop up with Dimensionals, too. So lovely!
Fine Art Floral Happy Birthday Card
I love all of the elegant gold details on this pretty birthday card! It also features all of the fun items from the Fine Art Gallery Suite, including the cool Gilded Leafing!
Background Leafing—Start by stamping the small Art Gallery flower bloom image in Blushing Bride all over a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Blushing Bride cardstock. Next, add some Multipurpose Liquid Glue to a Silicon Craft Sheet and use a sponge to lightly dab on a bit of glue onto each of the stamped images. Cover the glue with the Gilded Leafing, then wipe off any excess with another dry sponge or brush.
Background Layers—Layer the Golden Garden Acetate over the coordinating Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper so that they line up like an overlay, then cut out a 5-1/4" x 2" piece of both to use on the card. Adhere with SEAL Adhesive to the card background. Tie some Blushing Bride Metallic Ribbon around the layers into a double-knot, then mount everything onto a Blushing Bride card base.
Background Layers—Stamp the Art Gallery sentiment in Merry Merlot ink onto a Basic White Floral Gallery die-cut and pop up with Dimensionals.
