I think this might be my favorite card from my Bee Mine LIVE Class! I love the bright & cheery look of the circle DSP against the Lemon Lime Twist background. This is a fun background to try with lots of different DSP combinations!

I started by embossing a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Lemon Lime Twist with the Softly Sophisticated Embossing Folder (a Sale-a-Bration selection). I added a 1-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Sweet Sorbet cardstock, then mounted the layers onto a Lemon Lime Twist card base.

I used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut two sizes of circles from the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper and adhered them to the card front with SEAL Adhesive. Next, I cut a third smaller Basic White circle, stamped on it with a Be My Valentine sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and added that to the card front.

I stamped the bee stripes in Memento Black ink onto Basic White cardstock first, then added the Dafodil Delight bee body over the top for easiest positioning. I added a smiley face and some cheeks dotted on with a Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Write Marker. I also stamped the antennae in Memento Black onto Basic White and the wings in Petal Pink ink onto Petal Pink cardstock. All piece were punched with the Bee Builder Punch, assembled and popped up with Dimensionals.

I added a Sweet Sorbet heart, punched with the Bee Builder Punch and popped up with a Mini Dimensional. I finished with a few sparkly Iridescent Rhinestones. Delightful!

The card makes a great thank you card, as well as a Valentine’s Card! Love those little honey jars!

I stamped the Be My Valentine honeycomb image in Sweet Sorbet ink over the front of a Sweet Sorbet card base. Next, I adhered a 5-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ piece of striped Bee Mine DSP across the bottom.

I adhered the 3″ x 4″ piece of Bee Mine honeycomb paper onto a 3-1/8″ x 4-1/8″ piece of Basic Black cardstock. I tied some Sweet Sorbet Bordered Ribbon around it into a double-knot and popped it up with Dimensionals.

I stamped a Be My Valentine sentiment in Memento Black ink onto a 3-3/4″ x 1/2″ piece of Basic White, banner-cut the ends and attached it with SEAL Adhesive.

Like the other bees, I stamped the stripes first in Memento Black, then the body in Daffodil Delight, then the face in Memento Black. The wings are stamped in Memento Black onto Petal Pink cardstock. Both are punched, assembled and popped up with Dimensionals.

I added a couple of Iridescent Rhinestones next to the bee for a little glimmering accent.
