Sweet happiness blooms cards - true friend

Happiness Blooms True Friend Card

What a fun way to show your friend how much you care! And, it’s so simple to create!

Background Basics—This card begins by embossing a 3-3/4″ x 5″ piece of Whisper White cardstock with the Pinewood Planks Dynamic Embossing Folder. It’s adhered to a vertically-folded Thick Whisper White card base with Tear & Tape Adhesive. Then, two strands of White Baker’s Twine were wrapped around the card front and tied into a bow.

Cheerful Backdrop—A 3″ x 4″ piece of Happiness Blooms DSP was adhered to a 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Night of Navy cardstock to create a colorful backdrop for the sentiment focal point. You could also use a 3″ x 4″ card from the Happiness Blooms Memories & More card pack for this background! This background is popped up with Dimensionals onto the card front.

Sweet Sentiment—I stamped a Strong & Beautiful sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White cardstock and punched it with a 2-1/4″ circle. It’s adhered to the backdrop with SNAIL adhesive.

Finishing Touches—Finally, I used the Bitty Blooms Punch Pack to punch out two Night of Navy flowers and two Calypso Coral flower centers. I adhered them with Liquid Multipurpose Glue to the bottom of the circle, then topped off the flowers with some shiny Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots. Cute, cute, cute!

Happiness Blooms Hooray Card

The Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper is also perfect for celebrating special occasions! I love this quick & cute Hooray card, that comes together in minutes!

Background Basics—I adhered a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Happiness Blooms DSP to a Thick Whisper White card base to start. Next, I wrapped some White Baker’s Twine around a 5-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ strip of Night of Navy cardstock, tied it into a bow and adhered the piece onto the card front with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

Sweet Sentiment—The sentiment is die-cut with the Well Written Framelits from Whisper White cardstock and adhered to the card front with Liquid Multipurpose Glue.

Finishing Touches—I added one Whisper White flower with a Calpyso Coral center that I punched with the Bitty Blooms Punch Pack. Then, I added several Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots floating around the greeting.
