Hi Stamping Friends!

So I wasn't able to do my LIVE Class on Tuesday night, and I will not likely get it rescheduled this week. Yes, everything is OK. We are still not allowing people around Ava due to Covid, so I currently don't have a backup person to watch her if my husband is not able to. That makes it a little more tricky when unexpected situations arise and he becomes unavailable. I'll be so glad when this stupid pandemic is over, so I can have a babysitter when needed, and have an assistant or two in my studio, to make my schedule go much more smoothly! Heart & Home Perfect Birthday Card

Darla Watson created this pretty swap card featuring the Blossoms of Home Bundle and lovely Heart & Home Designer Series Paper.

Background Basics—Darla begins with a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Heart & Home DSP that's adhered to a 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock. It's mounted onto a Thick Basic White card base that measures 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and is scored at the 4-1/4" mark.

Focal Point—She created a foundation for the focal point by die-cutting two sizes of Misty Moonlight scalloped rectangles with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Darla tied some White Crinkled Ribbon around the larger rectangle and adhered it to the card front with SEAL Adhesive. She popped up the smaller rectangle with Dimensionals over the top. She finished the focal point by die-cutting a pretty Basic White Flowers of Home shape and adhering it to the card with Liquid Multipurpose Glue. A little Wink of Stella shimmer would look amazing on that flower die-cut!

Sweet Sentiment—Darla stamped a Blessings of Home greeting in Misty Moonlight ink onto a 3" x 1/2" piece of Basic White cardstock and attached it to the bottom of the focal point with SEAL and Dimensionals on the ends.

Heart & Home Just For You Card

Rhonda Blassler created this darling card in the same monochromatic style as Darla's card above. Her card features the Ranunculus Romance Bundle, along with the DSP and Hives 3D Embossing Folder from the Heart & Home Suite.

Background Basics—Rhonda's card has a shortened front on the card base. The Thick Basic White card base measures 4-1/4" x 8-3/4" and is scored at the 3-1/4" mark. She decorated the inside right of the card with a 1-3/4" x 3-3/4" piece of Heart & Home DSP adhered to a 2" x 4" piece of Misty Moonlight. Next, she embossed a 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" piece of Basic White cardstock with the Hives Embossing Folder, then sponged it with some Misty Moonlight ink. It's layered onto a 3" x 4" piece of Misty Moonlight and adhered to the card front.

Focal Point Foundation—Rhonda die-cut two layers for her focal point foundation, too. The first one is a larger Misty Moonlight label and the second is a smaller Basic White label, both die-cut with the Hippo & Friends Dies. She stamped several of the images from the Ranunculus Romance images onto the Basic White label with Misty Moonlight ink. That was adhered to the larger label and then popped up with Dimensionals onto the front flap.

Pretty Flowers—Rhonda stamped the Ranunculus Romance flowers in Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White, die-cut it with the coordinating Ranunculus Dies shape. She adhered some Misty Moonlight 1/8" Cotton Ribbon to the back of the bouquet and popped it up with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—She stamped the Ranunculus Romance sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White cardstock and cut it out by hand. Then, she layered it onto Misty Moonlight cardstock and fussy-cut that too before adhering over the flowers with SEAL and Dimensionals. She finished by adding a couple of Basic Pearl Jewels.
