Vibrant Vases With In Color Sneak Peeks #2 Cards

Check out a couple more of the brand new 2020-2022 In Colors…Magenta Madness and Bumblebee! I'm loving these cheerful colors and they look amazing combined with the Vibrant Vases images!

Background Basics—I started by embossing a 4" x 5-1/4" layer of Magenta Madness with the NEW Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder and mounting it to a Magenta Madness card base. Next, I created a foundation for the focal point with a Pool Party Stitched So Sweetly scalloped rectangle die-cut and a skinny 2-1/2" x 3/8" strip of Basic Black across it.

Focal Point—You may not recognize that Whisper White label shape as it's from the NEW Tasteful Labels dies…which should be a must-have for your NEW Annual Catalog Wish List! I stamped the Vibrant Vases vase and flower image on it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The vase is stamped with the "filler" vase image in Coastal Cabana. Then, I colored the flowers with Lovely Lipstick and Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Write Markers, along with Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Markers for the leaves.

Sweet Sentiment—I finished with a sweet & simple Label Me Bold greeting in Memento Black ink, then popped up the label with Dimensionals.

Two Cool—The second card starts a Bumblebee textured layer adhered to a Bumblebee card base. The scallop rectangle is in So Saffron this time.

Focal Point—I stamped a different Vibrant Vases vase and flowers on this one, and a greeting from the same set at the bottom, all in Memento Black ink. The flowers are colored with Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Markers with Granny Apple Green leaves. I stamped some So Saffron color into the vase, but I thought it was too much yellow, so I stamped another vase, added Coastal Cabana to the fill and punched it out with the Vase Builder Punch to fix it!

I'm thinking I want to add some Wink of Stella shimmer to these blooms to finish the look! What do you think?
