Pam's Whiskey Business Z-Fold Card
Pam Bryan is part of my Too Cool extended team and I absolutely LOVE the Whiskey Business card she created for a recent team swap! So many awesome details! Check it out!
Background Basics—Pam began with an Early Espresso card base, 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", and scored at 2-1/8" and 4-1/4". She embossed a 2" x 5-1/4" piece of Copper Foil with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder before adhering it to the front Z-Fold panel.
Detailed Drinks—Pam went all-out on the focal point on this card! She stamped the decanter and glass images from Whiskey Business in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Whisper White cardstock, then colored the "drink" part of the image with Soft Suede and Mango Melody Stampin' Blends Markers. Then, it looks like she covered the image in VersaMark ink and Clear Embossing Powder, heating it up with a Heat Tool to emboss over the entire image. That gives the illusion that they are glass. She cut out the images, then she added some clear adhesive from the Fine Tip Glue Pen over the "drink" part of the image to make it really look "wet." That is Too Cool!
She adhered the decanter onto a Whisper White Stitched So Sweetly scallop rectangle and popped up the glass next to it. It's layered onto a Copper Foil Stitched So Sweetly larger scallop rectangle. The rectangle is mounted onto the front panel with SEAL+ Adhesive.
She finished the card front with three Champagne Rhinestones that match perfectly with the copper.
Sweet Sentiment—Pam added a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper on the inside of the card. She used the same double layer of scalloped rectangle layers with a coordinating Whiskey Business sentiment in Memento Black ink.

LouAnn's Whiskey Business Top-Shelf Card
I received this cool swap card from LouAnn Cruttenden and I love her card design, too! It's a little more simple, but still a great impact!
Background Basics—LouAnn started by adhering a 2" x 5" piece of In Good Taste DSP to an Early Espresso card base. She stamped the Whiskey Business sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black onto a 2-3/4" x 4-1/4" piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, then embossed it with the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder. Before mounting it to the card front, she wrapped some of the Forever Greenery gold thread around the layer. She finished by adding three gold Metallic Pearl jewels across the top.
Whiskey Focal Point—LouAnn stamped the Whiskey Business glasses and decanter images in Memento Black ink onto Whisper White cardstock and colored them with Stampin' Blends Markers. She colored the drink with Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody colors, and she added some Light Seaside Spray along the edges of the glass to give it a bluish tint for realism. Nicely done!
