Yesterday, I shared a couple of Mini Curvy Keepsakes Boxes featuring the Let It Snow suite. Today, I did a LIVE Class and showed just how easy it is to decorate and assemble these adorable little boxes! This time, I used the Wrapped In Plaid suite and they turned out great! Wrapped In Plaid Mini Curvy Keepsakes Boxes
I'm loving the festive look of these Wrapped In Plaid Mini Curvy Keepsakes Boxes! These 2-1/8" x 1-7/8" x 1-7/8" are the perfect little treat holder for friends, co-workers, teachers or the whole class! They are so easy to decorate and assemble that you can make lots and lots of them in no time at all!
Box Basics—I die-cut the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box from a 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece of Cherry Cobbler with the dies for the basic card box. Next, I cut a 2" x 5-1/2" piece of Wrapped In Plaid DSP to cut both of the short, handled sides out. I hand-cut each side piece and adhered them to the box with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
TIP: Before adhering the DSP, I used a Bone Folder to gently curve the sides of the box to encourage a more round shape on the box.
Finish by folding on the score lines and interlocking the handles and sides. No adhesive needed! Be sure to watch the LIVE Class Video Replay to see the assembly in action!
Sweet Treat—I stamped a sentiment from the coordinating Tiny Keepsakes stamp set in Real Red onto Whisper White, then die-cut the tag shape with the help of the dies set. I tied the tag onto the Shaded Spruce Gold Striped Ribbon with White Baker's Twine, then tied the ribbon into a bow. I finished with a single Holiday Rhinestone Jewel.

Two Cool—The second version begins with a Night of Navy cardstock box. I tried the square-shaped tag die-cut this time with a different sentiment from the Tiny Keepsakes stamp set. Cool!
Three Cool—For the third box, I started with a Shaded Spruce box and stamped a different sentiment onto the teardrop shaped tag. So cute!
